The hotel was mediocre, and the service was unsatisfactory. We experienced a significant delay in receiving our food, which was also of below-average quality. Considering the appealing ambiance of the hotel, we had higher expectations. It is important for the establishment to address their service-related issues and improve the quality of their food.
