Ottimo hotel, buona posizione per raggiungere in auto sia il centro che la zona sud di Roma. Ampio parcheggio. Personale cordiale.

Ho davvero troppo da dire su questo albergo, non posso fare a meno di condividere. Mi piace sempre segnalare chi lavora bene e mette la soddisfazione del cliente in cima ai propri pensieri, ma qui si sono superati. Sono arrivata per caso, in fuga da un Airbnb scalcinato e senza finestre(sic!); dopo una lunghissima giornata al mare, ho trovato posto in questo hotel, polo industriale di Pomezia, diceva Google maps. Vabbè, niente vista mare, pazienza, andiamo. L' Hotel di per sè ha un fascino tipico degli anni '80 - 90, niente fronzoli e niente minimalismo, un classico albergo grande, più per persone tipo congressisti che per vacanzieri, ho pensato. Niente di più sbagliato: intanto, pulizia perfetta degli ambienti, nessun odore di polvere - chi è allergico sa di cosa parlo - e semplicità elegante e gradevole ovunque. Camera: gigante, spaziosa, con finestra e balconcino, grande bagno con vasca e finestra. Insonorizzazione eccellente, libreria in camera con qualche volume, ripeto zero polvere.E fin qui. Ma le sorprese sono arrivate tutte dopo: dopo essermi infilata in un letto con lenzuola freschissime e morbide, mi sono goduta la climatizzazione perfetta - era il 22 agosto, caldino fuori . Al mattino: mai dormito meglio in vita mia! Spalle, collo schiena, tutto riposato e sgranchito, non so spiegarvi l'estremo benessere, ma vi dico solo che ho chiesto in reception dove poter trovare materasso e guanciali cosi morbidi! Non capita sempre di alzarsi perfettamente riposati e ristorati, senza doloretti o rigidità; ancora sorpresa, siamo scesi in sala colazione e ci siamo trovati davanti ad un tavolo infinito carico di dolci - ciambelloni, crostate, biscotti - yogurt, miele, marmellate, burro, uova, succhi, formaggi pane e ogni altra delizia possibile, compresa la frutta fresca e le bevande calde a richiesta o dalla macchina in sala. Veramente tutto eccellente. Per farvela breve, da allora in poi se vado al mare l'idea è sempre fermarmi almeno una notte, per completare il perfetto benessere della mini vacanza. Menzione speciale alle persone che ci lavorano, sorridenti e pazienti come in effetti dovrebbe essere ma non è certo scontato, no? Vi ringrazio tutti, a presto!

Amazing experience of outstanding service. These days we cannot get such amazing service. People are so good and nice to you. Place is good, clean and simple rooms. Food is outstanding.... Particularly lunch and dinner are superb. But it is the hotel staff who deserve praise .....whether it is the front desk or restaurant staff, or even the person who is in charge of maintenance, they treat their guests like they were part of your family and they knew you for years. You can feel the genuinity in their interaction with us. Though it is outside Rome, it is an experience to stay here

It is more than 3.5 than 3. But the half vote cannot be given and I think it is right to push for something to improve. The place is fantastic, silent and suggestive ....a good maintenance outside, beautiful clean rooms and good breakfast .....to this end we would be at 5 very worthy stars, unfortunately there are too many details that bring down the review. First of all, the room was maintained: the walls had many signs of dirt and would be painted, but the worst thing is to see parts scrapped by wet, shrinked and not painted. The bathroom is a little small, but the worst thing is the shower: too small and especially with the box to change and the wall all muffled. In addition, both water and room temperature were too far from the limit (the warm water and cold room at our arrival that has never been heated completely), and also a noise conditioner that we were so forced to turn off at night. I wish this was a constructive criticism, because the place would deserve 5 stars!!! So I would recommend a more effort of maintenance and you will have a fabulous place.Given the location we still relaxed, even without shower :-)

Residence in posizione strategica tra Pomezia e il litorale, molto accogliente: camera ampia con cucina attrezzata, molto pulita, silenziosa e tranquilla. Letto comodo, bagno con diversi prodotti per toilette (shampoo, doccia schiuma e saponette) e biancheria pulitissima. La reception chiude alle 21, ma viene fornito il telecomando per accesso al parcheggio privato. Disponibile distributore di bevande calde e fredde nella hall. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Tatty, grubby common areas with dirty carpets and peeling wallpaper. The path down to the lake is too overgrown to get down there. Entrance is through a disused bar then some little rooms with mismatched old furniture to a small lobby area. Man behind the desk seemed surprised to see guests and gave us a key with no explanation as to where the room was or any other information. Room was spacious and clean but very old fashioned - we had a view of the lake which we had to pay 20 euros extra for on top of the 120 euro room rate which was way too high for the standard - it was the most expensive overnight stop of our 5 week tour and was the worst. Small flat pillow each and poor sound insulation which meant we were kept awake until 330 am by an elderly resident's radio. The restaurant was the best part of the stay - it is in a glass area overlooking the lake and is modern and contemporary. The food was amazing - really high standard but was spoilt by the total lack of ambience as we were the only ones dining apart from 2 elderly residents who stayed for a short time. Also the service was glacial. We were the first people in the restaurant and it took 75 mins for our first course and another hour for the other two courses. It is a shame that such a talented chef is working somewhere where he cannot be appreciated. This place could be amazing with its proximity to Rome, its food and position.

I had the pleasure of staying with my family for only one night, but it was enough to understand that if you are looking for a little relaxation and excellent services, this is the right place!! We enjoyed the pool in the garden throughout the afternoon and equipped with comfortable beds and shower to refresh.. The large room is tastefully furnished. Very nice and available staff!! The breakfast is also pleasant in the garden veranda, with choice between sweet and salt. For those who ask if you hear the noise of the aircraft viewed near the airport, I have to say that noise is not so excessive, and when you are in the garden it is also pleasant to see the aircraft closely and, why not, dream a little!!
