Rooms updated for the most part. Floors good. Walls good. Doors have worn spots. Nice kitchen appliances and amenities. TV’s in each room. Bathroom nice. Laundry facilities are nice. Pool area is nice. Pretty sitting area outside. 2 blocks from the beach and many shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Property is very old. They have restrictions and fines for everything. There’s nobody to assist you. Everything’s done by cell phone. I found the entire experience not great. The department is very very small.

The property is in need of updating. Shabby. One bedrom was drafty. The lift does ot apear clean. The receptionis manned for limited hkurs.

It was too noisy. People chatting and having getogethers 2-3am. A boiler or ac and fridge made noise all night. Would stay in a double storey again.
Pics made the place look massive - it was ok but I’d say a 3 star. No beach chairs, kitchen roll etc.
other places have everything.
The staff were helpful so it’s a shame

Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Bed was uncomfortable and very loud. Shower broke off and had issues with that upon arrival but fortunately they sent maintenance pretty quickly. ok for one night

*** WARNING: COCKROACH INFESTED ROOMS!!! ***
They moved us after 2 days of complaining of roaches and the new room they put us in also had roaches. They refused to refund us our money, not even a partial refund. We spent our Thanksgiving in roach infested rooms and Riverside Apts in Pompano was a nightmare to deal with. I’ll never stay here again. You’ve been warned! Look to stay somewhere else!

It was a very nice stay. The location was great and we got a good deal on the room. The only downside was when we checked in. We arrived 15 mins before check in and waited with someone in the room with no conversation for 15 mins. The individual was playing on her phone and did not look at us or say anything. They did not even let the manager know we were there. We felt like we were at customs waiting to get in a country.
