The man who answered the phone was very helpful and did a huge favor for me when I got to the hotel, thank you for all your help and having a comfy bed available so late in the night! God bless

Not as good as the same brand store in the previous city.

The exterior of the hotel had a fair bit of garbage lying around the car park and it didn't lend itself to looking secure. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, however the beds appeared to be clean and comfortable. The electricity outlets left a bit to be desired. There was no breakfast and no coffee making facilities. It did have a bar and grill across the street which was a bit of saving grace. There was also bar adjacent I'm not sure that I would recommend it, I believe it featured ladies of the oldest profession.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. First off I checked in at 2pm and they gave me the worst room possible, right near the train station and freeway. Second, I asked to switch rooms, she told me to turn on air conditioner to cancel the noise. This was impossible as the train brakes were screeching right outside the window. Then to top it off the toilet paper holder was broken so they put a whole bunch of duct tape to fix it. Then there was a party going on in the room next to me. People running up and down the hallway. Then they set off the alarm so that went on for a half hour before someone finally turned it off. I just stayed there for a few hours to get some rest. I ended up with 0 hours of sleep. I would not recommend anyone stay at this place.
