Had a great stay, clean and nice hotel! just awesome :)

I can only say that it is okay. It only supports credit card deposits and does not support cash. Leng was not allowed to check in, and finally a friend came over to make a credit card deposit. Very bad.

The competition is held at the nearby Convention and Exhibition Center, which is very convenient to walk there.

There are not many places to eat around. Parking in the hotel is inconvenient. Either valet parking is available. You can park in the parking building next to it. It is a 3-minute walk. The room size is okay. Bottled water is provided only after you register as a member.

The room, as well as the hotel itself, was very clean and had a sophisticated interior. The staff's response was also great. I was able to spend my time with peace of mind.

No parking space, very bad 👎

The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, and the environment is relatively quiet, next to the Oregon Convention and Exhibition Center. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, and you can enjoy a parking discount of $20 per night when you stay at the hotel. The disadvantage is that the cleaning is not very clean, and there are potato chips left by the previous guest under the sofa. Called for cleaning and it was not cleaned. You can ask for disposable slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush. If not for the shortcomings mentioned above. This hotel is worth staying in.

Nice, very clean

Jacob at check in was SO accommodating! So kind and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Sara and Kevin in the restaurant were lovely! They were so sweet and so hard working. Clearly they were very busy but they handled it with class and a big smile on their faces and the service was wildly quick compared the amount of people being served and only the two of them to do it. Gretchen checked me out and again was so kind! I have never stayed anywhere, where everyone I came in contact with was so happy, kind and helpful. The surrounding areas of the hotel however were not great. Right near a trolley station w some more than questionable people lingering. The hotel did have a lot of much needed security I will say.

There were fees to check in 1 hour early even when my room was ready and a fee for late check outs

The hotel is beautiful and modern. Rooms were clean, and very comfortable with updated features. Great amenities with an on-site convenience store and coffee shop. They had a great bar in the lobby and a restaurant. Only complaint was the need to park off-site in a huge parking garage.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t like that my room request was changed last minute and that I had a hard time finding a parking spot since their parking was full. We will stay there again.

Pillows and bed comfy. Service ****** Big Time. 1 Hour to get your car from valet not acceptable. Road elevator too long bc front desk did not say one needed to scan room key to ride elevator. Could not and still have not received check out statement for review bc your software does not recognize early check outs, lame.
