4/5Very GoodA few days before our arrival to the hotel, I called to make sure we could come earlier. I was informed that it is possible and does not need to be confirmed, we arrived earlier and we had to wait over 30 minutes, for which we were apologized and the service provided us with free drinks. Access to the hotel was worst, no signage for parking lots and was extra paid. The staff was very nice and always smiling. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, but the drain in the shower is a real tragedy, I think it was clogged so that it flooded most of the bathroom and no mop to wipe the floor. In general, the shower was probably the worst and the most difficult to stay in all of this, so as not to slip on the wet floor 😨
