Neat hotel with a decent breakfast. There is a good Indian restaurant Masala next to the hotel. Opposite is a Dutch bar, an English tent and a wine bar. Many touristy things near the hotel such as the famous Prague Bridge. Furthermore, the tram has a boarding point nearby.

The location is very good. There are shopping malls nearby. You can go to surrounding attractions within walking distance. The breakfast is also very good👍There are many categories and choices. You can consider it if you recommend it😀

酒店乾淨，早餐很豐盛，服務也很到位。邊上有一個場和中型的超市，外出購物補給一些水果和水，都很方便，推薦。

In general very good, good value for money, good location and very friendly people. Highly recommended

The room was okay, although not big, and it still smelled a little like newly renovated, but it was very new and the surrounding area was pretty good, only 200 meters away from Jay Chou's coffee shop.

I can probably say that overall stay in the hotel was good except the last night that ruined our feeling a bit. Location was great. Around 20mins walk to the main train station, close to most of old town touristic place, all walkable distance. The receptionist was welcoming and the hotel was clean. I booked the hotel specifically for the beer spa and the lady there explained things thoroughly so the start of the trip was great. On the 2nd day after a long & tired day, we got back to the hotel for the beer spa we booked. When we got to our room, the toilet was making a noise and it didn’t flush. We called the reception straight away as our beer spa starts in like 15mins. The gentleman came up to check and said that it is not possible to fix. We were rushing as we have to go down and of course we have to use toilet so there’s no negotiation except changing the room. The noise of water running was unbearable so we wouldn’t even be able to sleep anyways. We got a call offering to change the room but it was smaller. Quite small i have to say. They mentioned there’s no other room available, 100% booked. We are really unhappy about this but didn’t really have a choice. (What can we do when they say it is all booked and no other room available and our spa booking is coming up.) We just agreed on changing.. It kinda end our trip unhappily hence the lower rate on the service part. I am sure I would have given 4 on the service if this didn’t happen.

One of the best hotels! ! Better than those old five-star hotels. The facilities are very new, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and the service is very good! The doorman is also very friendly. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, as well as major attractions. Highly recommended! !
