⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

Best hotel for family holiday

We was meant to be going to a different hotel, but easyJet changed our hotel last minute to somewhere that looked terrible so we paid extra to come to the Sunrise Oasis instead. After a stressful start to the holiday (thanks easyJet!) this hotel was our saving grace! The hotel itself is kept clean and well maintained, the staff are so friendly and the entertainment team are just lovely! They cater well for families, they even looked after our boys for a few hours while we went to the spa at their neighbour hotel! Our room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. The food is really nice and tastey and you have the chance to go to their other restaurants on the strip. All are very good and you get a lot! You also get 2 drinks each included. We particularly loved the Greek restaurant. The drinks at the hotel are brilliant, this is the only all inclusive hotel I’ve been to where the beer tastes like proper beer and the cocktails and spirits are proper alcoholic. Strawberry daiquiri is amazing! The main pool was heated and the water park was good fun! You allocate a sunbed for your stay so no need to rush down at 6am to fight for one! Last but not least, the location is great, the strip is just across the road, 3min ish! And the beach another 5. Don’t think twice about coming to this hotel, just book it! It really is a lovely hotel

The morning activities was excellent such as spin art ,pottery ,treasure hunt and puppet show the food and service was excellent.I’ve been sunrise oasis 3 times now and I’m 100% coming back . The main pool is fantastic they have 4 pools the main pool like I said a adult pool with a bar a baby pool and water slides the rooms are clean there a tv in the room has a toilet a shower sink towels and a mirror. All rooms come with a safe and a wardrobe.You get a choice between 4 restaurants if you stay for 7 days or more the evening entertainment is also amazing like Michael Jackson and others.

We spent two weeks at this hotel with our family, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The reception staff deserve a special mention as well – they were always welcoming, professional and attentive. Whatever question or request we had, they were happy to help and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel even has a doorman, Raj, just like you would expect at a high-end hotel. He always opens the door with a smile and helps guests with their luggage. A special thank you to Raj for making us feel so welcome! We would also like to thank the entertainment team for all the fun activities and great atmosphere. A special thanks to Anastasia! The rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. The food is delicious and varied, with plenty of choices. You can also visit four à la carte restaurants at no extra cost. At the Brazilian restaurant, there is an additional charge of €8 per person. To be honest, however, the food there did not impress us as much as we had expected. There is a great selection of drinks. The cocktails are delicious and made with proper ingredients rather than just basic mixes. There is even alcohol-free beer included at no extra charge, as well as milkshakes and iced coffee. Another nice touch is the handmade ice cream, which is always available in a variety of flavours. We really liked the system with the sunbeds. They are assigned to each room, so there is no need to rush to the pool early in the morning to reserve one. You can also change your assigned sunbeds if you prefer to be closer to or further away from the pool. The water slides are great fun for both children and adults and really add to the holiday atmosphere. The only downside for us was the high humidity. You start sweating almost as soon as you step outside in the morning, but of course, this is related to the local climate rather than the hotel itself. One small observation regarding the pool: we saw it being cleaned every morning, which was reassuring. However, we did not see whether disinfectants were added or how the water was treated. With so many people using the pool throughout the day, the water naturally became noticeably less clear by the afternoon. It would have been reassuring to know more about the water treatment and disinfection routine. Overall, we had a wonderful two-week family holiday and were very satisfied with the hotel, the food, the facilities, and especially the friendly staff. //Igor

Fantastic hotel,very clean, staff are so friendly. Lovely food & snack bar. Children loved the ice cream cart which had multiple flavors everyday.Great location to the Strip for bars,restaurants & shops. Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and sea. We had daily housekeeping & fresh towels. A good friendly atmosphere all round. The sunbed allocation works really well & was a game changer for us. No sunbed wars. Would definitely return.😊

The place was clean, staff very friendly, nice pools and booking your deck chairs for the whole stay is a games changer. The kids liked the slides and the drink and food was good. The only reason it didn't get 5stars was the evening entertainment was poor. 1 day out of the week was good

We came July 2025 by recommendation. Hotel was great, apartment was spacious and clean, the food and alcoholic drinks were amazing! The waterslides were great as well. The allocated sunlounges is definitely the best bit ! The Aldi over the road is very handy as well. One of the best holidays I have had and you won't regret it

Would highly recommend this hotel for families! The allocated beds where a game changer for us. No getting up early to choose sunbeds. The fact you get restaurants on the strip included is a fantastic idea as gets people out of the hotel and in the external restaurants. We would 100% come back

We stayed at this hotel with family who have young children (we are the Grandparents). Overall we found the hotel to be of a good standard and we enjoyed the ‘dine around’ all inclusive option which enabled us to get off site to eat and visit the local area for a different view. The positives were: - very clean - staff were lovely (particularly like the crazy ice cream lady) - good options around eating - reasonable entertainment programme - close to local amenities - only an hour from the airport - loved that sunbeds were allocated on arrival Our areas for improvement - we were unable to book one of the restaurants and no alternative was offered except the buffet restaurant. The reason we chose this hotel was for à la carte restaurant options so we were very disappointed by this. We booked our holiday through British Airways was kindly offered us money as compensation so that we could eat out. I think the hotel didn’t go far enough to try and resolve this issue. It was kind of ‘it happens all the time’ response. - the pool was very, very busy all of the time. I felt over stimulated, perhaps I have forgotten what it is like taking children abroad in the school holidays it took me a few days to settle but I didn’t really enjoy the pool. - there are no toilets at ground level, you either have to go down stairs or walk to reception where there is a lift. This was a little inconvenient for someone with a disability in our group.

Best hotel we have ever been to as a family of 4. I can’t put into words how outstanding this hotel and staff are. They go above and beyond for the kids, big shout out to the pool bar staff every single one of them, such lovely genuine people. The life guards, the maids, reception staff, chefs, entertainment team and the managers are brilliant. Most clean hotel we have been to, they take great pride in their jobs and really do look after their hotel and guests. The food was amazing hats of to the chefs. 5 star experience. We will definitely be returning back. Thankyou all so much for the best holiday ever! We are so emotional about leaving today. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel you won’t regret it.
