Beach Hotels in Province of Messina

The hotel has been in existence for 119 years. The service is very good. The location of the hotel is also good. It is just at the entrance of the most prosperous area on the mountain. It is also close to the ”Internet celebrity” four seasons. It has an independent garden area and swimming pool. The price is very high. The room is clean The product quality is also very good. The only fly in the ointment is that the facilities and room types are slightly flawed, but as a century-old hotel, I am already very satisfied. Generally speaking, it is highly recommended!

Really best !!! I stayed in a suite apartment, the best view and the best room. I was able to cook and enjoy Taormina with the best ocean view. Even in the low season, even if there was no breakfast, they served freshly baked bread and juice of freshly grown oranges.

Unfortunately this 4 star hotel was lacking (Wifi kept going out Rooms very loud Staff not that welcoming Small pour of 8€ wine Pool closed Bed linen and pillows thin Limited parking with scary hill to drive down to get to hotel) Perks: good assortment for breakfast, sunrise views from breakfast space, clean, well stocked bathroom Would give 5/10

Before I came here, I saw comments that the money was stolen and the problem of non-sea-view rooms. I was very anxious. I was worried about whether to cancel the reservation and change to another hotel. After I checked in, I found the hotel was good! First of all, I did n’t have anything stolen, including jewelry and cosmetics placed on the outside. Secondly, this hotel is mountain side, so you ca n’t avoid seeing the mountains and the sea. No matter which room you stay in, there is no 360-degree sea view Room, balcony view can refer to the picture below, I think the view is very good; in the end, in fact, there is no saying that the Chinese are arranged in a room with a poor view, because my left side (closer to the mountain side is disadvantageous) Location) Two people live in Italy. I live in the United States with Americans on the right. I threw my pajamas on the sofa before going out, and when I came back, I saw that they were neatly stacked on the bed. Haha, I felt very intimate at once ~ If I come to Taormina next time, I will definitely choose this hotel ， Because it has an excellent location, you can walk down to the Love Island and up to the left to the main road of the town, and there are all delicious restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is very good, the swimming pool is very good, the breakfast is rich, the scenery is very good

The room is slightly old, but the bed is very comfortable, the balcony has an invincible sea view, and the balcony door is open at night to listen to the waves against the moonlight to sleep very comfortable, so that you can instantly open the seaside holiday mode. The hotel and room are actually very clean, and one star is missing because there is a stain on the curtains like blood. Breakfast is quite rich compared to other local hotels. A few minutes walk from isola bella. The bus stop is at the door, and it is very convenient to go directly to other places and airports. The hotel also has a free bus to the town center, but the shifts and seats are limited. Walking is a bit dangerous because there is no sidewalk on the mountain and there is a motorway. The hotel staff is very patient and explain the problems in detail.

Myself and a friend stayed at the hotel expecting a 4 star hotel with all the amenities as listed on the website and trip advisor, however this was not the case on arrival. After a horrendously steep walk from the train station to the hotel we where able to check in ok but on arrival to the room it was very basic but thankfully clean. Unfortunately the toilet door was broken and didn’t close, the temperature of the water in the shower varied, the wifi didn’t work half the time, there was gaps in the panelling of the front door leading to the outside, the lights flickered and at times the air conditioning didn’t turn work. Breakfast was very basic and no matter what time you arrived they was never a lot of food provided and our first day there was nothing left. The provided 2 types of cereal however didn’t provide milk or bowls. Based of conversations with other guests at the hotel, the evening meal was a huge disappointment. A 3 course meal was offered however no menu and some evenings they either got a course to share or else only 2 courses despite having to pay for 3. They also ran out of towels when asked which was very frustrating despite not providing clean towels or bed linen unless asked. It appeared to be a family run hotel where staff where out sunbathing and on the beach most of the day rather than present when needed. Staff has very limited to no English which made communication very difficult for most of the guests who didn’t have Italian as a first language. Prices where made up as they went along and in the small shop on site only cash was accepted. If you required a lift to the train or the village which was a 5 minute drive, staff charged €20-€25 in cash only. The positives, it was in a stunning location which a pebble beach area easily accessible and lots of sun loungers around the pool for guests. If you want a very basic stay and like a hike up to the local village for restaurants then this is the place for you. I would say if staying in this hotel you would need to hire a car as the location is far from anywhere and staff charge a lot for transfers for such a short journey. It is also far from both airports. Overall this hotel had a lot of potential but was very run down and staff weren’t always helpful. Images shown of the hotel are very outdated and half of this complex no longer exists. I wouldn’t stay here again and I think the 4 star rating really needs to be reviewed as the hotel is far from this.

If you visit Sicily, this hotel is a must. Beautiful and the service is fantastic. Our room had a beautiful view with its own terrace. The staff is amazing. Always very helpful. I left a lot of clothes at the hotel and they found them and arranged to have everything mailed back to me in Florida. I received all of my clothes in less than one week. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the entire staff. The restaurant had delicious food and the pool was so inviting. Also, it is close to many excellent restaurants. There is also a bus close by that takes you into Taormina. Fantastic all the way around!

Excellent hotels, I stayed for the weekend of Epiphania and we were very good, my dog was also welcomed and, for those traveling with their dog, this is really a further walk. The very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment on the ground floor, the very friendly and comfortable staff: the afternoon when we arrived also offered chocolates and aperitif to all guests, a gentle kindness really very pleasant. The very comfortable, well furnished and always very clean, as well as the restaurant, where we eat very well, enjoying excellent food and well served by the very gentle and available room staff. Very nice and spacious outdoor spaces we have not enjoyed because of the cold climate, but I imagine they will be very pleasant to live in the summer. In the whole excellent experience, to be strongly recommended.
