We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff professional and friendly. The lake is beautiful and although the location is a bit out of the main city there is a nice and relaxed suburb/village near by that is actually prettier and more nicer than the centre. About a 5 minutes walk from the resort you will find shops, restaurants etc. However, we were disappointed that the spa which was sign posted, as well as two restaurants within the resort don’t actually exist. We would still recommend the resort in any case and we able to use elema and call didis easily.

Overall it was a nice hotel, very new, had laundry room (which is a plus for backpackers) and good location (walking distance to main areas) but for foreigners, please be sure you are not in a hurry because the check-in takes too long and even if you clearly show your health and travel codes are green it will take long.
