Hotel all the staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is at good location, and near lots of places.

Overall it's average, about the level of the most common budget hotels in China. It's convenient for transportation and close to supporting facilities (Walmart, bars, Chinese restaurants are all nearby).

There was a traffic jam and the road was blocked. I couldn't get through and the hotel refused to refund me.

A little far, but everything was very good, I'm not complaining. I recommend it

Don’t worry, the room is big and the breakfast is OK

Everything is good but one lamentable thing is heating is not working everytime. Last december it was too cold and heating didn't go beyond 22C and this time also. When turning on heating, fan is also working also, so we never used Honeywell temperature control. And bed sheet is very good but too cold and felt wet in the winter.

Elevator was really slow so we often used the stairs to get to our room on the second floor. Staff were polite and worked hard to communicate with us in English as best they could. Clean room and enjoyable stay.

The staffs are very kind especially cleaning personnels(5th floor), good breakfast, good service..... But the room is pretty cold and humid because outside was pretty cold and almost no sun. Heating was set to 21.5C and fan wan working with heating and even more colder. I'd like the hotel to raise the temperature a little more though it raised it a little more. Everything was very good except for it.

The hotel was nice enough and breakfast was good. Parking is next door at another hotel. Only restaurant nearby was a Carls Junior. Not convenient to anything and felt unsafe going outside. A small complaint is that the card reader for the room and elevator were horrible. Never worked the first time and sometimes took 6 attempts.

Great stay!! I stayed for 9 nights and was very happy with every aspect of the hotel. The staff was definitely the best part of the stay!! They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, accommodating, easy to find and professional. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but I did take a look and the families looked like they were having a great time. There were a couple of minor negatives but nothing that wouldn't prevent me from staying again or recommending.

I like this property as this is quiet and the rooms are big. Breakfast is good and has a variety of options.

Lobby is in renovation. Best thing to do is leave your luggage in front of the main door at the lobby and take your vehicle to the parking lot, which is across the street. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel is pretty nice & clean but if the AC is off it feels humid, unlimited breakfast was very delicious & the unlimited coffee bar was amazing. 15 minutes away from the historic center. And the staff very helpful & nice.

Great hotel in a convenient location with car parking and a fab gym.
