The good: spacious, comfortable and clean room. Correct breakfast. The bad: far from the center, you have to walk about 15/20 minutes to get there. The hotel was under renovation and they began to fix the pool at 3 in the afternoon making a noise that did not allow you to be in the sector. Apart from this, due to the spare parts, they don't have a bathroom either in the breakfast room or in the reception, which makes it very difficult for guests like us who had to make time to get into the room and then to go to the airport.

Hotel under renovation. Spacious and clean rooms. Acceptable breakfast, far from everything. There is no bathroom in the reception and pool sector, so if you leave the room and have to wait to take the flight you do not have a bathroom available

In July we reserved 4 rooms to stay in September. When checking in, they told us that a room was missing and they intended to take a family to another hotel, after insisting they managed to get all 4 rooms. The sheets are yellow from how faded they are. They don't provide hand towels, and the washcloths are so faded they're gray, not to mention the threads that hang from you like a tattered rag. The towels for the pool sector are pitiful, embarrassing to ask for them. They were not helpful at all, we had to carry our bags up 1 or 2 floors on our own since there is no elevator and no collaboration from the staff. They charged us another price despite having made a deposit. The good: the breakfast was good and the location.

Nice hotel, good attention, small but nice pool. comfortable rooms. Regular breakfast. It does not have an elevator, which can be a problem for people with limited mobility. Parking for few vehicles.

Everything perfect, the attention provided by Mr. Fabricio and all the guys at the reception, the cordiality of the people in the dining room, always attentive to the requirements of the guests, the pool, the cleaning of the rooms, corridors, in general EVERYTHING VERY PERFECT. La estrella adicional fue por el desayuno, que es bastante decente. Lo que es la habitación, estaba sucia. Con pelos de la huéspedes anteriores en la cama, suelo, baño. No recomiendo para nada la estadía en este hotel, por muy económica que haya sido.

Ottima e moderna struttura, con camere spaziose ed accessoriate. Il personale è estremamente cortese, ed è stato molto gradito il cocktail di addio, offertoci l'ultimo giorno di permanenza. La piscina non è enorme, ma adatta è utile per rinfrescarsi dopo le escursioni. La posizione è comodo per raggiungere il punto della triplice frontiera, ma a qualche passo in più dal centro, con beneficio della tranquilità. Vivamente consigliato

Olha a pior experiência q tivemos, nós hospedamos eu meu marido e meu filho , não dão o mínimo de atençao , são estúpidos. Péssima limpeza, piscinas sujas , banheiro fedendo e sujo e ainda se não bastasse exigem um calçao no valor de R$ 100,00 e ao sair arrumam algo pra não devolver , no nosso caso puxaram a cama e falaram q nós rasgamos o papel que estava escondido atrás da cama! Rediculo e ainda ameaçam de chamar a polícia. Cuidado quem se hospeda fotografe tudo antes de entrar, mas eu jamais recomendo!
