Have chosen this hotel Specifically for children's play area but none of the equipment is useful. The swimming pool only allows you to go in with pool dress but there is no place to purchase inside the hotel. Children's pool is not functioning. In total it's absolutely not worth spending half the tariff for this hotel.

A good property for a business visit with nearby access to a railway station and excellent connectivity in the mid city area would be ideal. I recommend check popular plase in Pune for visit near to hotel.

Except room number 122 every thing is good parking,gym, sweeming pool (i don't know whether it's for members only or for gest also available) ,large space,nice breakfast with reasonable cost,nice ambience .But room no.122 is bad no ventilation ,no Windows only one door , central ac ,l feel like Andhar kothadi ,may be jail room , get throat infection because of no outside fresh air come inside the room , disturbance due to staff activities outside the corner of room so don't take this room .l don't know about other rooms.

My experience at Residency is really good. The guys at reception are veri kind, helpful and cooperative especially Miss Arzoo Shaikh who helped us a lot with her supportive nature. The rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. The food at restaurant is very good.

They were extremely accommodating and thanks to miss Aarzoo because she allowed us to check in early at like 9:30am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well because it is a luxury club with so ***y extra activities. Would definitely send a friend there.
