Jiahua Hotel

We booked a total of 2 deluxe single rooms and 2 deluxe double rooms for 2 nights. The air conditioners in all 4 rooms had problems. On the first night we checked in, the air conditioner in the room only had a little air, but it was not cold air. The remote control monitor could not adjust the temperature. Yes, the room shows 28 degrees, which is very hot. After that, we explained the problem with the air conditioner to the front desk, and the front desk asked someone to come to the room to repair it. They said that the air conditioner was only central, and in the end the room was a little cooler. The air conditioner was out again on the second night. This time they said the central air conditioner was out of order and needed rescue. Finally they brought us a fan. 😡😡In such a large hotel, I really can’t believe that the facilities are like this, and the price is not cheap. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t even ask about the situation, let alone an apology. This hotel is very poor and not worth recommending.

The place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.

There are not many choices for breakfast and there is no boiling water supply

The room is okay but the price is on the high side. What is particularly annoying is the TV channels: there are just a bunch of messy channels, and there is no Dragon TV or Shandong TV!

The staff are courteous and the service is in place

The service attitude at the front desk is very bad. The hotel is old and not clean. The breakfast is worse than that of a three-star hotel. The room area is larger. It can barely be rated as a three-star hotel. The service staff and managers at the front desk are so arrogant😂

I stayed here once five years ago and had a very good impression. But when I came back five years later, the facilities were old and the lights were dim. There is not even a hot shower, the water is more than 30 degrees Celsius, and the weather is 7 to 8 degrees Celsius. I called for treatment and said that they can't handle it...such service facilities at such a high price.
