very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Everything was perfect The manager was very kind and helpful he upgraded our room to the most expensive room to make us feel comfortable Mia and Adonis took care of us 24/7 They surprise us on our universe day We had the best vacation ever Great stuff

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

amazing experience and 5 star service! we went for our parents 50th anniversay. the staff was so helpful and attentive. hotel was amazing, 5 star all around. i would reccomend this to anyone who is looking to have a luxurious vacation in the dominican. also golf course was breath-taking

Hotel was 50% full and the only upgrade offered had to be paid for. I was spending 15K on 3 rooms by the way for 5 nights. The rooms are excellent and the views awesome. Service is too slow every where and the staff can't understand English. The supervisory staff is excellent however, Food is excellent. TV needs US sports. Everyone was looking for a tip all the time. Seemed like the only way to get a fast drink was pay the guy. There are limited activities - the fitness center has too many machines in it and no room to exercise. Abby was great and I appreciate the things he helped coordinate. The golf course is excellent as well. Been to a number of 5 star hotels and this is not one.

Fantastic intimate resort. Kid friendly but not kid overwhelming. The staff delivered excellent service. The rooms were fantastic. The resort itself is wonderful. The only minor downside was the food which was very high priced and just OK. Small portions too. In particular, Esmeralda was fantastic at the restaurant and everyone was super super cool to our kid.

The experience was unmatched, the service, the drinks, the food and the view were the perfect components and I would definitely visit them again. we recommend it one hundred percent. Without a doubt, the Bella Vista restaurant at Punta Espada Golf Course is one of the best culinary experiences I have ever attended! I recommend their Paella and their incredible cocktails

Our visit to the beautiful resort was perfect. The food was incredible. We had the best Paella. Better than in Barcelona. The service was warm and caring. I can’t wait to return!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ to Punta Espada!! We love yohanny and Ana!!! Caeser also was a wonderful manager. I will miss them all!!!
