A beautiful, a**ospheric and quiet hotel. The extensive area and the availability of catering and service outlets allow you to relax without crowds of people. A large number of hotel staff milk the feeling of luxury and immediate satisfaction of needs. The staff is extremely nice and polite - always smiling. The main restaurant serves such a variety and quantity of food that it will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The head of the hall, Alli, is very charming and extremely helpful at all times :) The disadvantages include low power and even weaker WiFi range (on the terrace next to the room it works up to a maximum of 2 meters), watch out for small thresholds at the door to the room and when going out to the terrace, a large number of light switches - unintuitive, and some of them are unknown what .

The resort is perfect for a relaxing vacation with all the necessary services. Thanks to Mashawi restaurant staff and the coordinator Mr. Aldo for the kindness and attention to the guests. The services provided in the swimming pool/beach are so efficient. Special thanks to Mr. OšàMä Semsem for the kind surprise and Mr. Mohamed.

My husband and I have traveled extensively, and we both agreed that the Alaya is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. All the restaurants (the buffet and all 4 al-la-carte) served excellent food. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The resort was spotlessly clean, and the room well equipped. The free laundry service was also a very nice touch! We had booked a premium deluxe swim up room which we were very happy with. However, I am sure they any room would be good. We really cannot fault this resort and hopefully will be back very soon.

Very nice and clean complex, super friendly staff in all areas, very good and varied meals, which can be taken in several restaurants. The space available at the pools and on the beach is very generous, there are plenty of sun loungers and sun protection available, and the drinks service is also perfect here. Highly recommended as an adults only hotel.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE A LOT , everything was perfect thank you for this amazing experience. We’ll come back next year. The food, the a**osphere, the service and the beach were fantastic!!! We loved also the activities and the live music!!!!!!!!!

This was another simply perfect vacation again to this hotel , from the initial staff greeting on reception who welcomed on arrival and assisted with the hotel WiFi to arranging the luggage to the room , I tried all the restaurants and couldn’t fault the food or staff in each and every on e, each with a different setting , the buffet gala dinner was simply amazing every member of staff from each restaurant went over and above to ensure the experience was forfilled to nothing but excellent. the room and hotel were maintained to spotless . Even the entertainment staff encouraged and made every activity I did fun and enjoyable from volleyball to water aerobics. Didn’t want to leave at the end , this is a fantastic achievement from the gardeners to management that have this hotel nothing but perfection , Can’t wait to return to enjoy this hotel again .

Alaya resort is a great hotel to stay. Nice clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food at the restaurants, enough place to relax ... Snorkling is possible on the reef at the hotel. We liked the hotel for quietness (we had a swim-up on our room) and quality food. There is a kind of promenade that connects all the hotels of Coraya Bay. Good for a walk or jogging.

Outstanding hotel with an amazing animation team. We would definitely recommend this hotel and a planning to visit this hotel again. The service and the food was also really good. I must say that the service is a lot better than the service what we usually have in Austria.

We chose this hotel after reading many reviews. What was important to us was a quiet hotel of the highest quality. And that's what we got! The positive experience started with the communication with the hotel - we booked the flight and hotel separately and communicated with Taha Mustafa from reception beforehand. Everything worked out wonderfully - hotel transfer from the airport, room request (deluxe swim-up with as much sun as possible) and late check out. That's why our arrival, stay and departure were very pleasant. The guest structure is also ideal - 80% German-speaking, then Italians, a few Czechs, Poles. And no children 😉👍 Apart from animations at the pool (water gym every day from 11:30) and afternoon live singers (after 4 p.m.), there is no music at the pool/beach, which is absolutely fantastic! You can really relax in this hotel. In the evenings there were singers and dance performances. The internet connection isn't suitable for working, which we knew about, so we just relaxed. The quality of the food is excellent, as is the cleanliness of the entire hotel. House wine is undrinkable, but there are other drinks to choose from. Coffee is ok. Massages in the spa were only available until 5 p.m., which we think is a shame. The swim-up pool is great, but too warm for us😅 All employees are very friendly, with good knowledge of English and German. Our room in block 3 was very quiet and sunny. Snorkeling from the peer great, even a turtle came by🐢😍 We will ne back sure!
