Hotel is clean , staff are ok, food is not bad (not very good either) and the parties on the roof top are fun.
Hotel asks Egyptian residents to pay an additional fees on
arrival which was kind of bargain and unacceptable

This was our second stay here and things had changed since our 1st visit in October 2022. Iman reservation manager ensured we had the same rooms as previous at our request (a few months in advance) which was greatly appreciated. The daily service of our rooms had dropped a bit just basics like leaving toilet paper and towels. The food was fairly average and repetitive but we always found something to eat and it was generally very good although we tried the a la carte and were not impressed by it as it was same food from buffet. The spa is excellent and Shimma and Mohammed (Faron) are fantastic masseurs. Our star member of staff though is Mostafa Kamal our pool lifeguard who made our stay, with his fantastic customer service always going above and beyond what his job title implies, an asset to the hotel. My star rating is more 3.5 as just those few things let it down but we will still return as we do love having everything on site and overall these things had a minor impact on our rest and relaxation time.

This has been my third stay at Il Mercato and I am already planning my return in a few months. The hotel is incredible, the service is amazing and the staff are indescribable, so attentive and caring. I never want to leave. This place has changed my life

From the minute I arrived everyone was so welcoming, the lobby barman bringing out the drinks trolley for me. The room was overlooking the pool and was really light and airy. The staff at the restaurant were amazing and looked after me so well. Very good shuttle bus to the beach. Mustafa the barman at the beach so kind and bringing over a cold drink all the time. Only 5 minutes by taxi to the Old Market and all the shops. Great location.

Had wonderful stay, staff are nice and very helpful. Room spacious, was comfortable to share for 3 adults, hotel has 4 pools not overcrowded, amazing spa experience for good prices. Superb location, not far away from Old Town and Farsha caffe. Good transport service. Very pleased, highly recommend.

A very nice place with friendly staff specially the animation team Margo is the best so friendly , fun and helpful she is so energetic that she convinced me to try new activities go to amazing nightlife locations definately i will be back soon xo

Excellent Hotel. Having recently enjoyed a Third Holiday here I cannot Praise the Il Mercato enough. The Hotel is kept Spotlessly clean. The Staff are very polite and only too happy to help in any way possible. The Hotel is undergoing a newly built Aqua park, for future enjoyment (which does not impede the clients) My wife and I will return in the near future to stay at this lovely Hotel.

I have amazing vacation in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Tasty and varied food. Beautiful hotel area with 4 swimming pool. In activity pool all day animation. Team animation wonderful . Very good evening show program. Thank you Margo, Sal, Mido, Mezo, Nastya and Osama.
