我是自駕旅遊路過劍河，想着天然温泉去體驗一下，體驗比較差，定的私湯別墅。 1.服務：進大堂前台的員工完全沒有問好，説話非常不客氣，我是花錢來消費的不要説要求什麼服務，至少尊重我一下吧？態度非常敷衍。一路遇到的紅色衣着工作人員基本都是看你一眼，既不讓路也不問候，哪怕我和他們説“你好”也不理人…唯一值得讚賞的是禮賓部的小哥，搬行李指引道路談吐都OK。 2.設施衞生：前台説，由於我們私湯別墅位置較遠，需要外出的話可以電話通知會有車來接的，進了房間發現沒有電話機，衹有兩個空落落的接線頭，所以衹能自己開車。 房間打掃也很敷衍，衞生死角和床頭都積灰了。 再來着重説一説號稱天然泉水的私湯浴缸，根本就沒有打掃乾淨，一打開水出來一層密密麻麻的上一任住客身上的皮屑，老灰，也不知道過了多久了，誰敢泡？公共的温泉池子裏也沒這麼刺激吧…… 總之太失望，不會再去第二次

酒店位置和周圍環境非常好！房間設施齊全，特別是陽台的牆上還有救生的設施，唯一讓人崩潰的是房間插卡那點接觸不好，老是有電一會兒就斷電了，迴歸到小時候突然停電的感覺。找了前台來處理，11:30又突然沒電，想到太晚了，要休息了，就自己拿一張餐巾紙處理。退房的時候給前台反映，前台非常虛心的接受。温泉其他都好，就是人太多了。

第二次來了，温泉水一流，酒店服務非常棒，服務員態度超好，酒店環境幽靜，乾淨衞生，中式裝修，傢俱高檔，五星好評！
