到南通來找朋友玩，選了皇冠酒店，感謝Carol小姐姐人美心善！設施很好，房間面積挺大的，很乾凈，入住前一天打電話詢問我們是否對房間都特殊要求，很貼心哦~~也提前給小朋友準備的小童的洗漱用品，還有小拖鞋，小零食，兒子很開心，在酒店電梯標簽上和房間的標簽上都寫下了自己的心情~~總之，酒店很好，推薦大家來住啊!哦對了，早餐很豐富~酒店很新，設施很好，設備都很完善，工作人員有禮貌，辦理入住退房很熟練，效率槓槓滴，環境很好，停車方便還有充電樁，地面和地下都有很多車位，選擇性很多。

服務很好👍感謝Carol經理從下好訂單就在聯繫我們，建立聯繫後，給予很多的方便！我們定的親子房，孩子很是開心喜歡！房間設施很好，:在啟東這個配置還是不錯的，房間很敞亮，電視節且可以投屏，設施很好，房間體感:床舒適，冬天一條被子也超級暖和，雖然窗外沒有非常華麗的景色但陽光很好[調皮]早餐:該有的都有，味道也很不錯整體來説很推薦[調皮]

急事需要去啟東，臨時買了個套餐，由於是下班後才出發去啟東所以錯過了套餐裏的下午茶，入住的時候和前台提了一下，前台主動幫我把房間延遲到下午4點退房，讓我可以第二天用到了我的福利，非常nice，另外早餐的品種也很豐富，餐廳的陳姓小姐姐非常熱情的服務讓我難忘，總得來説非常值得住
