衞生差，服務差，昨天一個前台****的，斜眼看人，根本沒有任何服務可説，昨天晚上很晚了要休息，給我登記的房間旁邊太吵了在喝酒，我要求給我換一個房間，結果給我説沒房了，我就問為什麼晚上還能訂就沒話説了，又説沒有同一樓層的房間了，換房了又進去要休息結果一看衞生就這樣，真的沒話説了，問我為什麼晚上不給我他們説，難道我出來住酒店還要接受你們這樣的對待，今天退房的時候，我給前台説給我一個處理方案，這個問題對他們無大所謂，已經習以為常了吧

周邊有些餐廳，吃飯方便！房間空間大，但設施布草較沉舊，衞生環境一般，停車場進出不太合理，服務方面有待改進，早飯種類簡單，一份牛肉麪能等上三十分鐘，有些顧客衹能選擇不吃了，等的心煩，問一下，這麼簡單的事改進不了嗎？

這次入住一點都不滿意，燒水壺嚴重漏水，淋浴房下水道堵塞，我自己掀開下水道撈出來一大坨頭髮，搞得洗手間滿地都是水，半夜11點多師傅過來檢修，吹風機也有問題，不是因為温度就暫停一下，總之是最不滿意的一次入住。每次回來都住大地灣酒店，這次還辦了一張會員卡，沒想到遇到這麼多不愉快的事！洗手間溢出來水忘記拍照了！
