We booked this hotel due to the great reviews on Trip.com and we’re not disappointed. Our concierge Evan 小尹 upgraded us a room with a much better view from our room of the sea and the hills. He also checked in with us regularly to ask if we needed any assistance throughout the trip. Bedding was super comfy and room was spacious. The trip.com description and photos of the room were on point. Location was great, located next to Haitian Mall and close by to the 3rd bathing beach area. Would come back again!

Our stay at Qingdao Haitian was nothing short of wonderful! We arrived quite late but Lisa Xiao Wang at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful trip this time and one of the best hotel stayed. Best part is the awesome views from the room. Butler Julie and Front Desk is very helpful and considerate. Even got a free upgrade when they knew is my first trip to Qingdao. Will sure be staying back in this hotel in future.

It was our first time in Qingdao, and we really enjoyed our stay at 青岛海天大酒店 :)
We initially booked a sea view room with twin beds for our trip. Upon reaching the hotel, we asked Crystal Zhao, our hotel concierge on whether a room with a king bed was available. She then readily helped us to arrange for a better room with a king bed.
It might have been a coincidence, but the room number that Crystal assigned us also matched my birthday and that made it more special! Throughout the stay, crystal also checked in on us via WeChat daily, and arranged for gifts and fruits to be sent to our room.
Service was top notch, the room was clean, and we had an amazing view. Thank you!

Haitian is not my first hotel that I stayed arriving into Qingdao. I stayed at the Westin and Shangri-La. By far, Haitian is the best hotel that I’ve experienced over these 3 hotels. From checkin to the rooms and amenities. Jack was the one checked me in. Service was excellent. He has given me all the information upon checkin and also he has kept me informed on the weather and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I really did have a great stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends in the future. Keep the great work Jack. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The hotel is pretty new with great facilities and services. Especially ike小张 provided the most caring and warming services from upgrading room services to travelling tips to make sure I feel like home. It’s located right next to Haitian Mall and St Regis, with a free ticket to go to 81&80 floors for sight seeing. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Qingdao

My parents have been stayed at Haitian for multiple times. They feel being welcomed to home when they arrive at the hotel. The front desk Julie is an amazing person and she always makes sure my parents’ stay is comfortable and relaxed. The check in and check out are quickly and smooth. Highly recommended you stay here for a visit to Qingdao, the best location and most importantly, truly 5 star service and experience with excellent staff like Julie!
