房間有點小，有窗，房間隔音效果不好，設施一般吧，洗手盆淺容易濺水出來，下水也有問題，周邊環境還行，離公交車站和地鐵站有900多接近1公里的距離，出行不太方便，性價比不高，入住體驗一般，網評分有點偏高，不推薦。

第一次入住這這家酒店，前台服務態度很好還幫忙把行李拿到房間，入住體驗很不錯的，大堂還有菊花茶很貼心，冬天喝上一杯很暖和。一進房間，給人的感覺很舒適，打掃的乾乾淨淨，床品特別舒服。地理位置優越，位於四方利羣商圈，購物逛街特別方便，附近也有地鐵和公交，步行七八分鐘就到小村莊地鐵站了，早餐口味可以，吃的很飽。總之性價比很高，下次還會入住。

出差那天提前到了，還沒到2點，前台服務人員很熱情下辦理了入住，因為早班機，起得很早，房間很乾凈，早餐也很可口，好評好評，下次出差還會選你家

酒店非常差 就像中介裝的串串房，所有的傢俱設施都是偷工減料的，房間特別小，連個行李箱都攤不開，洗臉池在門口，特別小特別淺，洗臉水都噴到到處都是。拖鞋破的，上面一張紙，紙上都是灰，傢俱都是一塊木板拼的，廁所特別小，坐在馬桶上臉都快挨着強了。房間還很大一股異味，像死老鼠的味，給前台説她説她聞不出來，讓換房她説訂完了，結果平台上還能定。早餐廳小到離譜，總共能有6-8張小桌子，440的價真的從沒住過這麼差的酒店，一進門電視就在放老闆在説花100萬開酒店，100萬買套房都不夠，真是坑人圈套。房間當庫房吧，小到離譜，兩個人都不能同時過過道。來青島第一天就直接討厭這這個城市。

這是我住的最爛最爛的一個酒店，沒有之一
服務：前台女的服務態度冷漠，*****，******。看見我們推門拿箱子進來，很不方便，也不幫我們拉下門，一直冷眼旁觀的看着我們費勁的邊推門邊推箱子，還給我們安排一個最差的房間，是拐角那裡
環境：房屋平面不等邊四邊形，格局差，臨街十字入口，還是2樓，隔音很差。
衞生：還湊合，牆上有小孩子用鉛筆塗鴉，但是比起酒店的這些這個不算什麼
設施：衞生間設施是我最想吐槽的，1衞生間洗手池塑料做的，打開水龍頭水打在洗手池上聲音異常的大，洗手池淺，水流大，很容易濺水.2整個衞生間好像是騰空的，我在裏面洗漱好像在集裝箱中，水聲打在地上聲音特別大，3.沖廁所那聲音也超級大，晚上上廁所不敢沖，怕吵醒家人，4最噁心的是淋浴頭，除了有幾根水柱能洗澡，其他都澆到周邊。5，還有門的劃簾鏈，安反了，根本安不上，更別説什麼安全保護的作用，非常不專業！
看是華庭住覺得還不錯，來青島的第一天竟然這麼差的體驗，就這個房子怎麼好意思收400多塊，50元我都不會住，給自己找堵

衹有三個免費停車位，可以花錢在附近劃線的馬路上停車，2元每小時，全天上限10元。房間環境衞生還可以，挺乾淨，沒有煙味，並且有暖氣和空調，衞生間小了點，前台接待，客房服務都不錯，平安夜還在門把手上掛了個平安果帶閃燈的小禮物，給了個驚喜，酒店老闆也費心了。滿意好評！

是華住旗下的連鎖經濟型酒店，淡季的價格不能要求太多，在老城區，交通和周邊配套都還不錯，房間乾淨整潔，唯一不足的是洗手間過於侷促，如果價格合適的情況下還是推薦的。
