The location is okay. It’s not soundproof. The rooms seem to be separated. Someone next door speaks as if they are speaking in your room, especially the closet and the door, as if they were using your room. I was scared early in the morning. I thought someone came in. 房間和網上一模一樣。我就説點別的。前台小姐姐微笑。但是我們語言交流還是有點聽不懂。很有耐心。好評。早餐不錯。阿姨要給我煮麪。我非要自己來。比較四川人的口味不一樣。停車場有地面和地下。都是他家隨時出入方便

總的來説還是很ok的。位置還算是靠近年年豐的，本來想評價一下早餐，但是訂的時候沒有訂早餐票，所以評價不了。設施各方面的話，總的來説是推薦大家定的。雖然離酒店很近的地方有打印店，但是打印店好像營業時間是到下午6點。不知道欽州其他酒店是不是這樣，前台它是沒有打印服務的，然後也沒有固體膠，如果是出差辦公有可能晚上臨時需要打印文件的話，就不太推薦。但是如果是出遊的話是推薦的，因為靠近年年豐，逛街、看電影、吃飯都是很方便的。總的來説體驗感還是很好的。

房間衞生良好，前台服務員服務熱情周到，酒店有免費停車場，早餐能吃飽。在酒店附近有一家不錯的粵菜館，還有一家東北菜館。酒店的性價比較高。

衞生間返味非常的嚴重，很噁心的味道，第一次住酒店有這麼差勁的衞生問題。要麼睡前，要麼大半夜，要麼凌晨，中間換了三個房間問題一樣的存在。最後一天凌晨就開始返味一直睡不着，聞着這些對人體有害的氣味真的好生氣。太噁心了。
