公寓整體來説還可以，價格比酒店優惠，位置也還好，離景點也不遠，自駕挺方便。 環境：環境靠近海邊，小區內環境也不錯，買的海景房確實可以看到海邊沙灘，天氣好的時候會好看 衞生：衞生相對來説一般般，畢竟是公寓式，廚房啊窗簾啊衞生間都有些破舊 設施：設施方面公寓還是差的，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有瓶裝水，沒有熨燙機等，比酒店差一截 服務：服務方面沒有前台沒有接待人員，客服會加微信，告訴房間位置以及自己開門的方法，各有利弊。 整體尚可。供參考。

博鰲附近，交通便利，環境優雅，適合候鳥。

滿意的，無敵海景，就是海風腐蝕了些 海邊漂亮，沙子也很細 可以步行去海邊 周圍搜一下有家美食海鮮不錯

第二次入住了，無敵海景沒的説，停車場有充電樁，雖然衹有三個，但是不緊張，每次都能順利充上，酒店後面有個幸福農莊，可以走到海邊，景色非常美，人又不像熱門景點那麼多，非常適合度假。

很好，海景房能看到日出，樓下5分鐘到海邊，衞生狀況不錯，樓下有游泳池，門禁卡出入小區和樓棟，比較安全。

這個時間段外出遊玩的人還是比較少的，所以住房間空間大而便宜。房間內設施齊全，安靜，站陽台上可以看到海景，太棒了。可能是因為房間長時間沒住人或是因為近海，也因為衞生間沒有窗户，散發出來的異味有點受不了。不過關上衞生間門會好些。

房間挺高大尚，就是有些細節處的衞生不太好，是屬於自助入住，全程微信聯繫，整體性可以，地方在一個小區的海邊，開車比較方便過去
