Location is very close to Cairo, the staff are friendly, the room is equipped and of a large area. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Restaurant is good. Food is hygiene. Facilties are very fine. The beach and the pool. Only drawback is that there is no Seaview rooms Best value for money

The weather is very nice and there is an almost constant breeze of cold air.The resort has many amenities that attracted me and my family and in the end satisfied us all for a decent and fair price.The two areas where this resort lacks firstly,is the quality and variety of food and secondly,the quality of the beach as it was filled with rocks.Overall it was a good experience that pleased us all and helped us enjoy our trip to Egypt.Special thanks to Mr Ibrahim Fadhl at the reception who was very cooperative,helpful and equipped us with all our needs.

The rooms are great, they're clean and tidy, they leave coffee and kettle for you, the service is amazing, the pool is big, and overall, it was such amazing experience with reasonable prices, I would definitely go there again

Not recommended at all The worst experience ever Stuff are very rude not organized and horrible with the tourists. I went one night with my forigner friends and they left them till 4 pm to check in and the next day they asked them to check out early kind of racism because they are foreigners and Christians. If you think you want to go there think 100 times.

Adorable price, teams are very friendly and helpful. The Rooms are very comforting and clean. Also the food is good from the restaurant and the snack house. A very nice place to be visited regularly for people who seeks family embiance.

The food is very poor no varites My crocs was taken while i was in the swimming pool and no one helped me

Everything is perfect starting from hospitality,friendly staff everywhere Mr.Ahmed at the reception desk is very helpful and responsive The chalet needs maintenance and care.insects everywhere Overall I will come again to enjoy

Amazing site for the hotel near to the tunnel and amazing beach view with services,otherwise awful food in taste , quality and quantity in the open buffet, room not clean at all, less accommodations, the bathroom reception is dirty,staff in restaurant very helpful and good security there. You will found many booths and one supermarket

The place is amazing, staff is very helpful and kind. The room was wide and clean, the AC in every room was so good. Food was a set menu but it still came in big portions and dinner was super good with different choices every day. The supermarket near the hotel & it has almost everything u might need. The beach was clean . Kids will enjoy their stay with the kids area by the beach & beside the pool.

the staff was very friendly . Food tasted good. Room was very clean . Animation team was amazing . Value of money was good. location is the nearest to cario. I recommend that hotel for couples and families.

The restaurant manager was very rude as an incident happened with my sister as he touched her(i don't know intentionally or not ) and she confronted him as she wanted him to take care and he denied and told her you dont know how i am am the manager here and we asked to see the cameras and the hotel refused to show as the cameras and the hotel manager apologized on behalf of him and they brought him and he insisted that he did not do it and then apologized just to make the problem go and we dont take any legal actions but insisting he did not do it making us lairs , i really don't recommend this place to any one .we just let the problem go as we were here to enjoy our time but i really dont recommend this place to any one because of the bad attitude of that man ,by the way the rest of the staff was very apologetic by after all it was a very bad experience

Worst day use I have ever had, we changed the room for 3 times because of the Air conditioner wasn’t work, although we informed the reception once we get in the room. We could sleep until 3:30 am because we moved 3 times from 3 different rooms, and we were supposed to leave next day at 10 am. When I asked about the duty manager, the receptionist told me he is not here he is asleep and we couldn’t reach him, as well as no one from the maintenance team was there to help fixing the Air conditioner, the house keeping guy who’s the one was helping. And when I asked for an extra bed, not sofa-bed, they bring a mattress full of ants. And on the second day morning, they know that i want to meet the manager from the night before and they told me you’ll meet him at morning, when I asked them to meet the Manager, He left us like 1 hour waiting for him to finish his meeting although that he knows that we want to meet him since his arrival. Our Day use was ruined, Disrespectful treatment won’t repeat it, never!
