Location is far from city center, not alot of food choices, but is pet friendly.

Good quality, nice, spacious and clean room

The bed is big, dogs are allowed, breakfast is included, and the price is high

Vraiment déçue. Le spa était insalubre. L'eau était verte et sentait vaiment mauvais. Nous n'avons donc pas pu relaxer dedans. L'eau de la piscine était passable. Elle n'était pas très clair. Dans ma chambre je n'avais pas.de.rideau de.douche et l'air climatisée à été à 15 degré toute la nuit et ça ne refroidissant pas assez la chambre ppurbun bon co fort. Cette hôtel ne vaut pas du tout le prix payer.

The sheets were sandpaper and stained…gross The pillows were useless The beds were not queen size The hallways and staircases were dirty 3 night stay no one ever came by to offer us garbages or towels or cups or Kleenex Not enough toilette paper Coffee was terrible Included breakfast was very underwhelming Paid over 200$ per night for a motel claiming to be a hotel Very disappointed Bathroom was so outdated looked dirty

Family Suite option is fantastic for the kids to have each their own bed & space. Fun water slide for the whole family. Good night's sleep in comfy sheets & mattress. Good shower pressure.

The hotel was relatively clean when we arrived; however, it seemed each day the hotel got worse and worse. Examples included 1) Our garbage was not picked up or replaced over the four days. 2) Towels were not replenished. 3) I had to go get toilet paper 3 times. 4) Hallways had garbage and clearly were not vacuumed. Hotel looked great on Thursday when we arrived, but did not look the same by our departure Monday.

Room 103 was clean, exept for the bed cover. Should be change and wash daily. It was brought to the attention of housekeeping and was replace with friendly service. Over all satisfied, employee was friendly and helpful when I needed help. Nice pool for kids. Would recommend to others

Perfect for families. Kids loved the pool and slide. Nice and clean and just what you need for a quick trip to Wuebec city

The place excellent the receptionist was super nice very professional and very respectful. A great hotel very clean and very nice decor great breakfast.

The lady who checked us in was amazing! But the person who was there in morning was super rude, which left a bad taste in our mouth. She literally came to our table where we were having our breakfast in the lobby and asked us if we are going to have all the yogurt packs which were on the table (there were only 5 yogurt packs and it was 4 of us to eat), she was super rude. Agents should learn how to speak to a customer. We paid for the breakfast in our room rate. It was none of her business to ask us this question. Please teach customer service to your staff.

I have to say that Joanne was amazing she was warm friendly and didn’t dismiss you because you didn’t speak French. Warm inviting and very hospitable. Everything was clean and if you needed anything it was delivered in a timely manner and with smiles

You could have a bench somewhere in the front of the property! Would be helpful for elderly people! Possibly a coffee carafe for guests during the day as Some Wyndham Hotels have them! As well I would like to add that our first night room 302 On October 4th was excellent! Though on October the 12th when we had an overnight stay the toilet seat was very Very loose and the air conditioner was extremely Noisy! I did address it to the front desk on our That was unfortunate as we had a very early flight back home! No doubt these deficiencies have been addressed! We loved that the hotel was located close to the airport! I would stay at your hotel again and will recommend it To others! Many thanks ❤️🙏❤️
