It was a great stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel, situated in the heart of Metro where you can access Shopping Centers, Restaurants and Entertainment places. The staff were courteous and the whole ambiance of the hotel is comfortable and classy. Their Seven Corners Buffet breakfast will give you the experience of a day! Overall it was a great experience and will recommend this place.

Hotel is conveniently located next to a mall which is linked directly to the hotel. The hotel gym is an Anytime Fitness gym located in Holiday Inn (about a 3 minutes walk from the hotel) and is currently undergoing quite abit of construction around the area. One of the main issues I had with the room was that the water was not hot enough for showering.

Our stay was okay! We enjoyed the view from our room, their beds were awesome & the tub plus breakfast spread - we’re really pleased. During our stay though there was a strong paint smell situation…It was awful. We would have a better experience without this. I asked about it and I learned that there’s still construction on-going in some floors. The parking area was a challenge to find. We were driving around the maze of underground parking for so long. I had to ask someone in every turn… The instructions given to us were not easy to find. At one point we’re even told to turn somewhere and I realized later in our long underground parking journey that it was the post H16 or something that was described. I felt it was a jargon more than an instruction for general public to easily understand. I wish there were more accurate and reliable signs a long the way. It’s a game-changer to park at the right area because of the access elevator - just mentioning.

It was nice to stay in this hotel. We tried the breakfast buffet and is good. The hotel is Close to everything, malls , convenience store. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend this to my friends.

Had cockroaches in the fridge, toilet and iron. Had a weird paint smell in the room. I wish hotel amenities like toothpaste/brush was more. We also couldnt use the water boiler cuz it was visibly dirty
