This is an amazing hotel with high quality service and great location. Firstly, when we were doing our check-in the front desk informed that due to new COVID cases in Beijing (where we live) the local government requested an nucleic acid test. The staff did everything to help us. They double check with local authorities, called hospitals, booked an appointment and sent an employee to escort and support us (as we do not speak Chinese). They also did their best to obtain the result as faster as possible. Secondly, to minimise this situation and make our stay better, the hotel upgraded our room and offered amenities. Thirdly, the restaurant is the best in town, the food is tasteful and the service attentive. Fourthly, the hotel is located in a commercial area with all the facilities surrounding and in a walking distance (or 5 minutes by car) to the main attractions in the city. Fifth, the room, lobby, gym and swimming pool are lovely, comfortable and clean. Our special thanks to the manager-front office Gloria Jing, to Lily Yang and their team. They made our stay in Qufu a must and showed how a superb custom service can make the difference

In the hotel set up on the small program flying ant, it is not clear that Qufu Jiayi has the distinction between the inn and the hotel. I ordered the Jiayi Inn Jining College Store. It is near Jining College. It is next to a rotten building. There is no street light on the road at night. There are roadside stalls and small shops for eating. It costs 22 yuan to take a taxi to Qufu East Station, and it takes 8 kilometers to take a taxi to Sankong, 20 minutes. The hotel lobby is a little brother, not very professional to the guests, you will answer if you ask him, see the guests do not have a basic greeting smile, the room is not cleaned, and the bath towel needs to be self-help. The room was clean, the TV was not wired, and the millet was free to watch the free program. I found that the wrong hotel was set, and the same journey could not be cancelled for free. The cancellation would be deducted for one day. This is very disgusting! You must see the hotel clearly and be very careful!
