We are very satisfied. Especially with the staff, with the service and with the food. The rooms are clean and tidy .The view is wonderful .They treated our dog wonderfully. See you soon next year. I can’t wait.

Hotel located in the middle of Rabac , great start point to beach and promenade. Issues with parking when the hotel is full , but managed. The Food is mediocre, not great not terrible. Hotel is clean and cosy, but not really much to do. Lobby bar is very weak and the staff there shoould be more customer oriented. Checkin was 1 hour late. Besided of that, rooms are clean and maintained , pool area is clean as well and the location of the hotel is fine. Did the check in and check out online which is great time saving Recomend ? Yes , if you dont have high expectations

Very good location, well equipped rooms, perfect quality-price balance, and charming treatment by the workers, the buffet was varied and tasty, the terrace with the pool made the days an enjoyable experience.

5* review for so many reasons! We've been made to feel SO welcome and that feeling has continued (I'm writing this review during our holiday) The hotel position is perfect, a very short walk to the sea and riva. Scenery around the bay breathtaking and the sea crystal clear. The guy on reception was brilliant at check in and we were allocated a high floor with THE most amazing sea views we've ever had (1315). It's so relaxing to sit on the balcony with a lovely drink from the bar. Such a laid back hotel and we love the open dining room idea (breakfast through to lunch) ... and the amazing restaurant manager who is SO pleasant, attentive and kind to everyone - typical of the lovely Istrian people (which is one of the reasons we come back again and again to this beautiful country!).

We had a great time and enjoyed every minute. Rooms are not any more the newest, but super clean. Food was every day excellent. We will come back. Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is super, close to tge beach and the town.

Everything was top notch. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the varied selection of food. Coffee machine and juice quality as in the best bars in the world. The rating is a perfect ten!!! We will be back

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for a week 6th to the 13th June . We 've been to Rabac probably two or three times and love the place , but have never stayed at this hotel before . The hotel has got a lot of positives . Firstly all the staff we had any dealings with were helpful and friendly , especially staff on reception . The rooms and the rest of the hotel were spotless and the location was good except it was up quite a steep road which if you had any sort of mobilty problems would be difficult . Now to the negatives . We booked this hotel as restful break , we are both in our sixties . When we arrived on the Tuesday and up until the Sunday morning the hotel was basically full of families . The lounge /bar area had a table tennis table , various sit along toys for toddlers , play house and other toys. Kids were running around enjoying themselves and it felt like a cross between a playschool and a youth club. Perhaps we should have spent more time reading the reviews for this hotel but it was not a peaceful experience . The food was basic , great for kids and teenagers , lots of pizza , meatballs burgers etc.. but I never came away and felt I'd had a lovely meal . The other thing was the food was never that hot , even when we came to break fast at 7 am on the last morning the hot food on offer wasn't that hot. There was a microwave in the dining room which myself and my husband used to heat our meals up which was a boon otherwise all the meals we would have eaten would have been tepid . When we booked , and I don't think it was particulary cheap, about £850 each for the holiday with Tui , we were told that lunch was included which it was but in fact the lunch ended at 1 pm so if you were out it was a trek to go back and climb the steep road to the hotel . We probably had lunch there once . Soft drinks including water were free at breakfast and lunch , but not dinner which seemed quite petty . Pool area was pleasant and there was a circular pool but you couldn't really swim in it as it was at most 3 foot deep , great for kids but not really for adults. We complained about our room when we got there and were given a slightly bigger room with a better view , but the rooms were basic , no chairs just a stool and we had no mirror in the bedroom . Having said that the beds were very comfortable and really clean . It was just the wrong hotel for us , great for families but not for an older couple who wanted a relaxing hotel .

Oh my! Where do we start! First impressions were good, but very quickly fell flat - like the pillows! Could fold them in 4 and still no support. We booked a double room with 'limited sea view' which turned out to be 2 single beds made up as single and they then pushed together. Limited sea view was look for a leaf and hope the wind didn't blow to obscure the view! No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We went to reception to discuss - told no double beds but there's another room available but not made up. We were shown to it and hey presto! A double bed!!! Why tell a lie? View was so much better. Apparently tea and coffee facilities are not provided in any of this brand hotel. We asked for more pillows which were provided. But still no better! Shower door was too short and water escaped under and into bathroom. This was reported at the beginning of our stay but nothing was done to it by the time we left 6 days later! An extra towel was left folded 4 times as a mat - extra to usual mat. Our room was cleaned each day, and towels changed each day. Unless you intend to use the pool every day and you not take your own beach towels do not accept the towel cards. If you accept the cards you agree to being charged 2€ per day whether or not you use their pool towels. This was not explained clearly to us on our arrival. Food was okay but rarely hot, mainly luke warm on the buffet. There was pizza most days but forget dieting, everything cooked and left swimming in oil. Salad is available. The chef cooked some good fried eggs for breakfast to order! All the restaurant staff were very courteous. Most of the hotel was clean. Make sure to check your bill when settling up as we were charged twice for lunch the day we arrived, as this was not included on our 1st day. I wouldn't give this hotel a look if you have mobility issues. Set on a hill - ratio 1:2 unless you hire a car you are stuck. Walk towards the harbour and you're spoilt for ice cream stalls and cafes/bars. And there are stalls where you can book boat trips to appreciate the lovely scenery. Trips to local places on land are limited without own transport. All the stalls only accept cash. Make sure you have plenty of cash as there's some lovely things to purchase. There are ATMs with small charge.

We are coming to the end of another wonderful Croatian Holiday. The love, attention & friendship from the staff at this Hotel was deeply touching. This part of the world certainly proves "you get out... What you put in" A simple smile, hello and thanks brings out the warmth & love of the people. The staff at all levels were only to happy to please, we will miss them. The way the meals are organized seemed strange.. You can eat from 7am till 1pm, then an evening meal. We absolutely loved it because if we wanted a relaxing morning, there was plenty of time to have a meal. My wife needed some medical help. Reception suggested a private clinic just over the road. Not overly expensive & very quick. If you like a stunning, relaxing location, and a warm welcome, this is the Hotel for you. Room 1315
