Superb Service Staff - especially 4 the Kids - everyone takes care and notice of the smallest We are here with our twinados and with all of the Pools and playgrounds in and outdoors we‘re having a really Good time Restaurant wise it is a litte Bit Loud sometimes but everyday a delicious experience. Maro the Crab is Loved Boy everyone and the room with separate Kids room and Lego (Stock) and Seaview Tops it out

Everything was really great, from the room, i.e. the apartment, to the food and service. I was particularly impressed when the waiter remembered what my wife and I drink with lunch and dinner already after the first day of our stay at the hotel.

The hotelrooms are very nice. The buffet is very big and delicious. The people are nice and friendly. The sea is verry beautiful and great. The location is verry beautiful. They offer a lot of sport activities and there is also a big play area for your kids.

I just came back from a family vacation with my husband and three children (age 11, 7, 4). We stayed at Maro Suites, all inclusive for 8 days. Overall it was a nice experience. We liked how this resort is family oriented with a lot of amenities for children. They have a professional daycare with experienced animators. The advantage is that parents can relax and have time for themselves while children have fun playing. The resort was very clean; our room was cleaned few times a day. The food was good, but the variety could be improved (for example themed dinners). The pool areas were entertaining, well equipped and clean. The beach area was clean and well equipped, but could be more shade. The program for kids and evening entertainment was well organized. Parking was well organized and we liked the cars had no direct access to the resort. We were immediately picked up and transferred by electric golf kart. All employees were very nice and helpful. We did not like that the „all inclusive“ was limited to only few areas (main restaurant, lobby and a pool bar). The variety of drinks could be improved. Only soft drinks were included with beer and wine included at lunch and dinner. Minigolf could have been also included.

Best experience we had in a while. Very friendly personal, very tidy and nice rooms. Food was fresh, the quality very good and something for everyone (vegan, vegetarian, ....) You can choose which part of the resort is the best for you. Family ones are for the younger, Suites for the bit older children and then the adult only. We will come back!

Family of 4 stayed for a week at the Girandella Valamar Maro suits for a week on a full board basis. Maro suits are now part of kinderhotels brand and are particularly well suited for families with small children. The lobby has climbing wall, soft play area, games, slides from the 1st floor down, plus swimming pool complex with indoor and outdoor pools (and more slides) make it perfect and can keep children occupied for hours. The main building apart from several restaurants, spa, fitness room has more play areas for children of different ages although they tend to get busy (particularly video games room). Rooms themselves are a bit on the small side, but having small nook for children is a nice feature and together with balcony the rooms dont feel crowded (particularly as you'll end up spending lot if time outside). Attention to detail is notable in the rooms as well, from separate low sink, low hooks, steps in the toilet to large box of Lego bricks, bean bags, making it very children friendly (which is common across all kinderhotels we stayed before). Resort is one of few sister hotels in Rabac and its easy 10-15 min walk along the promenade to the town. There is also mini golf, tennis courts and particularly recommend to get bicycles and try the nearby trails. The are a number of small(ish) beaches, which can get crowded (particularly children one with a little bit of sand covering pebbles). Beaches are pebbled (like wast majority in Croatia) but are reasonably child friendly, and being only a minute away from the pool its easy to combine both. Beaches have just about enough lounges but it can feel crowded. Sundance beach club is very good and provides a bit of extra space to stay in the shade. Maro restaurant is also very child friendly, from high chairs to grear selection of food (and "usual " pizza and pasta are also quite good with pizza made in wood fired ovens) for both children and adults. While the variety and choice of dishes may not be as extensive as in some other resourts, its certainly sufficient and good quality (despite what some reviews suggest). Local wines are average and price of alcoholic drinks (coctails, wine) is rather expensive, but there's plenty of choice otherwise. Maro suits also have food and the bar in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and trying to accommodate your requests. Waiters in the restaurant recognise you and will nicely chat to you (if you up for it). Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would certainly recommend this place for a family holiday with small children.

Stayed at the adults resort, beautiful and quiet area. Excellent staff service, rooms very clean and beds are very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely return for a couples holiday!

Very clean location, nice room, good food, icecream would be a nice add-on at the restaurant, alsays a free table abailable. Enough of space at pool and beach. Very friendly and helpful service. We enjoyed our 10 day stay!
