Just a one night stay, to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. There are no words i can use to describe this place, other than MAGNIFICENT. Room, service, decor, food, service, ambience, attention to detail, all WORLD CLASS. There IS no other hotel in Randers that can compete with Hotel Randers. Reception confirmed my dietary needs at check in. I had made a mistake with my booking (most likely on my part) and the receptionist basically said leave it with her and enjoy my stay. That was really welcome, I was really tired, slept 11 hours, fantastic shower, abd then nice receptionist on the way to breakfast and check out and there were some special warm buffet items just for me (I assume as there were no other guests when I went to breakfast). I am vegan, travelling alone and I felt taken care off. The lady looking after breakfast was lovely and brought almond milk to the table. I was then offered a to go coffee from the buffet at check out. That was a nice touch. The facilities are clean and maintained and they do their best to accommodate parking or direct you to free parking.

Similar to a homestay, the room is small, but clean and tidy. The hotel owner's old wife and grandfather are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is one per person. The amount is relatively large. Anyway, I can't finish it. It should be noted that if you arrive at night, you need to call the billboard at the door (the old lady and grandfather can rest early, I took a little time anyway). The hotel is still a bit away from the train station. I wanted to go to the hotel and finally gave up. Fortunately, the taxi.

The room is spacious and clean in a light Nordic design. The bed is on the smaller side. The bathroom is large with a tub and shower seperated. It's better than some of the 5* hotels i stayed at. The front staff was super friendly and helpful. The evening I was at a party. The reason why i stayed. The starter was smoked cod. Relative big slices. The main course was long braised beef - a typical danish dish. The meat was dry, the potatoes were glass potatoes and the sauce first came at the 2nd serving... Yes there was some sauce on the plate, still if you are a sauce lover not enough. The dessert was a very dry chocolate cake with rubarbe sorbet and some rubarbe. I'm not a fan of rubarbe, but the sorbet was the best of the 3 course meal. The following morning i had the included breakfast. Apparently the chef didn't know how to make scrambled egg, they had burned corners.

After Arriving in Denmark from Vietnam for a business trip, this hotel was a stone through from the office where I was going to be spending the next 10 days in Aarhus, Denmark. The Hotel is modern, functional and clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect, the staff were always attentive and my overall experience during my stay was excellent. The hotel is somewhat outside of the town of Aarhus, but a small frequent train/tram service is literally a few hundred meters walk from the hotel... the hotel as a small bar where you can enjoy a nice cold pint of Danish Beer!!!

This is the very best hotel Guestappart in mine life! Wow! Great breakfast with homemade things, very good room (lot's of space) rainshower and mini kitchen with oven, dishwasser and fridge. And also very friendly staf, they are making you happy with your stay. With the Lettenbanen you can go to the centre of Aarhus or with an Aarhus card free carparking in Navitas and then with the Lettenbaan.
