The convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

My stay at this resort was very nice and I will return many times. I did not get to experience the ******, but I did tour it and thought it was terrific looking and will be back to play it next week.  I enjoyed the coffee service in the morning. The room was clean and tidy. I had no issues with the housekeeping and the front desk service was exceptional.
This is my stopping point on the way to work and will become my favorite stopping point each week now for the next four weeks

We arrived after 4pm check in but still had to wait an hour for our room to be ready (wasn’t cleaned yet). Otherwise stay was good.

It’s just average. No older than it is, it’s a little dated already. Our room had recent drywall repairs not painted yet. Toilet seat was damaged but still usable. Carpet stains everywhere in all the rooms I’ve stayed. Super convenient and cheap. I’ll come back but certainly would like to see them step up their game a bit

Check in was easy, however, staff did not tell us where our room was or how to operate the elevator. But we managed!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great. The only thing was the stains on the ottoman were gross but otherwise it was great!

Please make sure the vending works and add credit card readers to them or change machines to the vending areas.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disappointment. I prefer a hot breakfast. Location was nice.
