Ideally located between Florence and Arezzo, which is a must-see, this 15th-century villa is owned by a very nice couple, who are ready to answer all your problems. The rooms are very nice, the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet very good. Every people from the staff is very kind and efficient. The swimming pool is big and spacious, with trees for the shadow. Parking with cover from the sun is available.

Excellent place

Parking in the shade. Good welcome, rustic but cool room on the first floor, accessible via a small staircase. The soap dish in our shower was rusty. Otherwise, good bedding. The outdoor restaurant is good, and the service is friendly and efficient (despite three of the wines we had chosen were no longer available… our waitress finally gave us a price on another bottle! Top!). The only downside is the numerous and hungry mosquitoes! Very good breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for 4 days during our road trip through Italy. The hotel is equipped with every luxury, our stay here really felt like a holiday. Very friendly staff, beautiful Italian decorated rooms and fantastic food. We will definitely come back here again! 👌🏻

Here again a very nice surprise about forty kilometers from Florence. A beautiful Florentine villa with baroque decoration, shaded parking and a huge swimming pool available. The boss Frederico, Franco-Italian, will be happy to chat with you. The breakfast is excellent, fresh produce and great culinary discoveries, and the dinner is excellent value for money. All the staff are lovely. This place is worth the detour!

The hotel is located in the town of Regello in Tuscany, there is not much to do in the area, except for a nice square with a few good restaurants. The hotel is well maintained and has a large swimming pool. the rooms are very spacious and clean. also be. they provide air conditioning. The bathrooms are nice too! The restaurant is very good, there is delicious meat on the menu, and also some tasty pasta! The staff is very friendly and helpful! In short, highly recommended to discover Tuscany from here!

The staff is very friendly!! Unfortunately, there is only service during the restaurant's opening hours from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. You can't get any drinks in between. You have to change and drive around without any rules. The cleanliness of the rooms also leaves a lot to be desired. We saw several guests change and the floor was NEVER cleaned. If I went to the shower barefoot, the water that ran out was BLACK. Absolutely not appropriate for a hotel of this category. We wouldn't have gone back ourselves, but I guess we didn't study the photos closely enough and so only noticed the mistake when we drove up. We certainly won't go back, except for the food, unfortunately. The rooms are as described!

We stayed in this period villa on my wife's birthday. Beautiful room, excellent dinner, exquisite staff and a special thanks to Mrs. Grazia for the bouquet of roses, an unexpected gift for my wife. We will be back soon.

A dream place in the heart of Reggello, Tuscany. We have been staying at this hotel for 5 years and we will go back next year. From the staff to the owner, everything is perfect. Such lovely people, they always make sure that everything is perfect. The place is very quiet, Villa Rigacci is very suitable for a relaxing holiday as well as for a family holiday. The food is very, very good, the wine list is perfect. Everything is just right

Nice charming hotel. A nice relaxed a**osphere, not really a hotel feeling. The rooms are somewhat dated and typical of the style of the rest of the building. A large, relaxing area where you are not bothered by the other guests. The food is certainly fine, as is the service. A downside are the mosquitoes that do not spare you in the late afternoon.
