The food here was excellent! we didnt spend lots of time at the property, but the service we had when we were there was excellent and friendly!

Bathroom floors dirty never mopped. Bottom of White socks turned black. The sheets had a smell like it’s been in the washer overnight then dried. Comforter smelled like it’s never been washed… room condition old wall paper falling off, leather chair has definitely been taken a beating. Wouldn’t stay again… kids did enjoy the water park and restaurant was very good food and service

Fully refundable booking until 6pm thr day of booking is so handy in Saskatchewan as we were dealing with a snow storm and weren’t sure if we’d make it there. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Only thing I’d like would be hard surface floors as hotel carpet is never that clean. Waterpark was great as always! The next morning They let us have a late checkout due to the storm as well!

Great stay , balcony room with view of pool. The beds are comfortable but small for two adults. Great atmosphere and the lounge was nice.

Love the water park but it’s so overbooked you don’t have space to move in the pool. Very unsafe for children and makes it less enjoyable.

We had a great time at the Atlas hotel. The rooms were clean. The restaurant food was great and the Waterpark was a ton of fun. We would highly recommend. And we will return for another fun family get away.

We booked for a 2nd floor balcony. Got there and was told it wasn't available, and there was nothing they could do, despite the premium we paid for it. When we checked out, the person asked about our stay, and I told him what happened. He was sympathetic, and gave a $50 rebate, which was at least some acknowledgment. The restaurant was god awful. Waited 90 minutes for food. The waterpark, which was the reason for they stay, was a good time. And the staff, aside from the first guy, were very nice and pleasant.

For being in the upper quartile of hotel prices for the city, I really expected better. The bed was not comfortable at all, the air was extremely dry, and the facilities look like they’ve been given the most superficial update. I asked the front desk for a pillow and they said they would send someone up.. I waited up for 40 minutes and nobody ever came. Rather than wait another who knows how long, I gave up and had another uncomfortable sleep. I was also disappointed that no water bottles came with the room though that’s been a pretty standard practice in a lot of places (and Regina’s tap water is not great). The main reason we stayed here is the waterslides, but the pool was packed like sardines so even that experience was a drag. We had to add another night to our stay upon checkin, but I really regret not going somewhere else the second night.

For the price the property is not worth it at all, no breakfast included, bathrooms in the rooms are in poor condition, no very well maintained area overall, fitness centre is poor, If you charge people almost 200$ a night the expectation is high, this hotel under delivered

kids had a great time and enjoyed the pool area, many kids laughing and having fun, would go back

Great stay. Clean and recently painted/renovated. If you wanted to stay with kids it is very accessible for families.
