We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a convenient location (right next to mall of Africa).
The staff is the BEST. Helpful, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was amazing

The hotel is so clean and has the friendly staff from the security staff,reception, cleaning staff throughout. Our room was clean and well prepared when we get thereโฆ im definitely going back for another stay. I loved the ice machine they have. We also bought the water bottles.

The staff are fantastic. Percy, Silas, Fred, Vusani, Jake, Maureen, Vomvula and others to name a few. The rooms are compact, but comfortable. Nice big bathroom with bath and shower. Then .... the meals are great! We had a 2 day conference with 8 guests and they loved it. Finally the free parking and locality to the Mall of Africa and Gallagher Convention centre make it a logical choice.

The service, the food, the professionalism, was 100% satisfactory. I would recommend them anyday...thank you for the unwavered service. The food was delicious and well cooked. Clean and nicely decorated place. I'm recommending it to anyone

I love city lodge waterfall and I'll keep returning because of staff members like Percy he exceeded our expectations for our meeting, he handled our conference booking professionally and amazing service, we certainly returning soon...

From the minute i made an enquiry on the phone, the lady that answered was friendly and welcoming, when we arrived the reception was busy but managed to direct us to breakfast. The lady that served us explained everything quickly and ushered us to our table. the hotel is very clean and deco is beautiful.really lovely experience.

Good for business meetings and we wouldn't mind going back The food and beverage was great and the staff was very welcoming. We definitely coming back for more trainings and expecting the very same awesome service and I intend to recommend it million times.

The service is extremely exceptional! Had an amazing stay. The platters were great. The breakfast has so much variety at an affordable rate. I will definitely go back for an event or recommend it to anyone looking to have an amazing experience.

Excellent place to stay. The breakfast was very delicious. Very friendly staff. Rooms is very clean and tidy and service daily. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay on your next business trip. Beautiful garden and nice swimming pool.

I had the most amazing time with my friend. A special shout out to Percy who ensured that my reservation was honoured and made an amazing set up for my friend and I. Percy is a rockstar, you donโt get dedicated employees like that anymore!!!!!!

Issues with cleanness , i.e. little cockrochs. There was always a delay to get the irone. Cut A/C during night outside the informed time window of 4 hours only. Location is good but they keep nice view rooms for selected people only and every guest needs to negotiate.

Clean, modern and customer service is at the highest standard. The room was large, fresh and inviting. A room you actually want to stay in the whole day. Amenities were excellent and access easy. As always, City Lodge exceeds my expectations with this location being the best!

Percy was sooooo amazing and went out of his way to decorate our table and printed a special message to ensure that me and family have a memorable Christmas breakfast!! He is super professional and meticulous. He is a real asset to the hotel and has excellent customer service ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐
