賓館就在陽元山大門不遠處，衹有幾個房間都在二樓，價格非常便宜，樓下可以點菜，可以預訂第二天的午餐和晚餐，有當地的土雞土鴨！

早上九點多出去吃早餐，在大廳看見老闆，就聊天形式告訴他行李在房間，我們衹是出去吃早餐，房間鑰匙也帶上，吃完半小時內就回到房間，發現空調關了，空調遙控器也沒了，老闆在旁邊房間打掃。老闆格局太小，還沒到退房時間，居然擅自走進客人房間關空調。所以大家要住這家，自己要小心

居住環境衞生和價格挺好的，配套的東西也齊全。就是會擅自進房間，不提前和客人説。雖然是因為好心拿客人衣服到樓頂曬，可是女孩子私密的內衣褲不見了真的會嚇一跳…體驗感不好

房間挺小，不過麻雀雖小五臟具全。
地理位置好就在園區裏，性價比高。
酒店上有個天台，可以晾衣服看日出看日落看星星。
老闆人很好，會講解丹霞山的路線。
