Spend my summer holiday at this hotel with family. Everything was great - it was definitely good value for the money. Food was fresh and tasty, hotel clean, staff friendly. We didn’t need more, would definitely come back.

Comfortable hotel, lovely swimming pool, nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink or eat your food. Dining room was a bit dreary, a bit like a school canteen. On the whole the food was ok, the Greek Salads were lovely though as were the trays of baklava that were sometimes part of the dessert choices, otherwise it was the usual jellies and instant whip and fresh fruit. It was a bit off putting to see people rooting through bunches of grapes and bread rolls with their hands even though tongs were provided, I guess this can happen anywhere. Room itself was very comfortable and because we were on the ground floor right beside the pool we are able to pick up the WIFI perfectly. WIFI is only available in reception and poolside. I was very thankful for this as the only British tv channel available was a rolling BBC news channel. Lots of German channels were available as the majority of guests in this resort are German, I think were the only Brits there bar one family. The bed was extremely comfortable I have to say. Location is great surrounded by gift shops, bars and eateries and the lovely sandy beach was just over the road. There's a good bus service into Rethymnon - which is well worth a visit. The all inclusive drinks were very limited, a choice of white wine, rose or beer, thankfully all drinkable- a little more choice would've been nice though. You could pay for different drinks but the bar wasn't permanently manned so if you wanted something different you'd have to seek out a member of staff and pay, a bit of a pain. Afternoon snacks weren't great - rather dry looking mini croissants or sausage rolls, the slices of cake and ice creams were ok the coffee and tea was decent too. There is no entertainment in this hotel which would've been nice but I knew this before we booked. Pool table wasn't free, air con in the room was 5 Euros a day but we needed it so we paid for it. Lots of people were playing UNO including us! I had a lovely relaxing week in this hotel, thankfully it was lovely and sunny every day. We had a good value break and whilst I'm not complaining about this hotel as it was clean and comfortable it was a little impersonal. If I were to return to Crete which I hope to, I'd probably pay a bit more and chose a hotel with a little more going on.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Started with our room not being ready but we were given beach towels, air con and safe for the week as compensation for a night in a different room. We arrived just too late for lunch however we were brought a plate of food each out to the terrace. Very good first impressions! The room we were finally given was a budget room in the basement with a terrace area looking out to the main road but as we were not there during the day the traffic noise did not bother us. Room was clean, spacious and perfect for a couple. Cleaners came in daily if required. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds. Terrace area was nice, you could eat out there if you didn’t want to use restaurant. All inclusive drinks were ONLY lager, red & white wine or soft drinks. We booked through Love Holidays and it stated that local Raki/Brandy/Red Vodka was available after 7pm but this was not the case. I spoke to reception about it and they said they had been in touch with the travel agencies months ago to tell them this was no longer available. It did not boyher us too much but some people might be annoyed to find this out on arrival. Food was the best All Inclusive we have ever had. I am fussy but there was not a meal that i did not like. Great variety and wonderful tasty food. Beach is 2 minutes away and 2 sunbeds, parasol and small table was €7 a day. Bars, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Bus to Rethymno was €1.20 each way. Old Town is stunning and worth a visit. Al in all a really fab holiday. Thank you Hotel Rethymno Village!

Kawa bez smaku. Duży plus to czystość w hotelu. Interakcji z obsługą nie ma żadnej, nie nakrywają nawet ponownie do stołów. Samemu trzeba sobie wziąć sztućce. Blisko do morza, spory basen. Muzyka nudna i puszczana cicho. Oceniłabym go jako hotel maksymalnie dwugwiazdkowy.

We arrived the 27th September at just gone midnight, the reception man was so welcoming really lovely greeting. We arrived in our room to it being absolutely spotless , there was 2 bottles of pop, a bottle of water and 2 ham and cheese bread rolls left for us in the fridge. Was a really nice thought as it was so late when we arrived. The food is good always something to eat not 5 star but it isn't 5 star! So I don't understand some of the reviews on here. The place is absolutely spotless they work really hard to keep it clean, as for the drink side yes you have to serve yourself but you have to go to the bar anyway, so that isn't an issue either. Local beer, white wine, red wine all varieties of fizzy pop! As for shorts they put HUGE bottles of shorts out in the evening Ouzo, whisky and vodka and blackcurrant to go with the Ouzo. In the day you get ice cream (it's better than the ice cream outside) so save your money 😊All in all a lovely stay would definitely go back . And also the rooms are cleaned daily except Sundays (well they do need a day off) 😊

Stayed for a week from 3rd May. Hotel is spotless, staff are very very attentive. The rooms are adequate for what is needed and the food was perfectly acceptable. Only thing missing was any kind of atmosphere in the communal areas. Only down sides are the temperature of the pool and the size of the television in the room although this didn't cause us an issue it was way too small for a family of 4 to watch.

We stayed here in July 2022 with my wife, 17 yo son and 22 yo daughter. Breakfast was a bit boring but delicious, other meals and desserts were really tasty. Next to the hotel is car rental, beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, very friendly service (English German language).
