The studio apartment was excellent - clean, spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Most importantly, everything, from the kitchen appliances to the lamps and heater, were functional. The response from the team to queries was also quick and clear. Only thing I found inconvenient was the difficulty locating the apartment at the first instance, especially from the drop-off from the shuttle bus service. Also, there is no elevator, which could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. But overall, a very pleasant experience, and it was pity we could not stay longer.

Not much to look at on the outside but interior very acceptable

Perfect area right next to the city center, we stayed in apartment 101 right next to the front door so it was very noisy with people coming in and out getting the passcode wrong numerous times etc, apartment was fine plenty of towels the only issue was when we opened up the sofa bed a pair of dirty used womens underwear was at the side of the bed which is pretty disgusting other than that everything was fine

Excellent apartment right in the center of Reykjavik. Easy walking distance to everything you need in the city and loads of reasonably priced parking options nearby. Apartment has everything you need and is very spacious. Despite being right in the city center, the street was actually very quiet. The company that manages the apartment were very attentive and had a great set up with local tips and recommendations.

Great location, just off the main shopping street, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and transport options nearby. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs. Decent instructions, for finding it and getting in. Minor ******* were the noisy people upstairs and the ice outside (no gritting/clearing away the snow).

We absolutely loved staying at this place! Our basement apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. Although it took us some time to complete the online check-in and figure out the access codes, once we got through that, everything was perfect. The property is located right at the bottom of the 'Rainbow Street' and is within a very short walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, bus stop #6, the harbor, and more. We could easily walk everywhere except for our organized tours, for which we had to take a bus. The apartment was very well-maintained and equipped with more amenities than we needed. Although the beds and bedding were of very good quality and comfortable, I would have appreciated an extra pillow.

Excellent location and property with quality kitchen and bathroom. Gets noisy from the street on the weekend due to being in the middle of town but it's expected based on the choice location.

This hotel rocks, it has everything that every traveller needs. Wash machine plus dryer machine, cook, fridge..etc. the heater and hot running water are strong enough to keep you warm too. Id really like to staying with ice apartment again. It’s only 2 mins walk distance to centre and your information, 5mins walk to pick up station even. 1 min walk distance to get vietnams food.

Contact with the accommodation was difficult and overly complicated. Given that most UK flights arrive into Reykjavik in the morning it would be nice to have somewhere to leave luggage for the day before check in is available. To my knowledge the property had no one onsite to help with any issues.

Check-in was easy. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside and had just what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood seemed kind of rough, and the areas all around the property were covered in graffiti and trash. Even though I received texts and emails checking in on us during our stay, I never got any response or personal communication when I requested a late check-out. Even if my request could not be accommodated, I would have liked a response from the property managers.

Just a few stwps from Rainbow Road. Less than 1 minute walk to Bus Stop 6. Ideal location. Property was fantastic, would definitely book again.

This property is located in the heart of the shopping/eating district with transportation options (bus pickup location) just around the corner. Communication with the operator was troublesome with the supplied door unlock code wrong on two separate stays before/after our island tour. The 2-person fold-out couch/bed is one room was terrible and uncomfortable (web straps stretched out) while the other room was fine. Both rooms had the problem of bath lights that cannot be turned off as well as some overhead lights in the apartment. Overall, the price was fair and the location was ideal.
