Very nice place and family gives great service. Very flexible to our individual needs. Food was very very good. Rooms were clean and good space/layout. Highly recommended and good value.

Très beau restaurant située dans la vieille ville. Nous avons pu y manger d’excellentes bouchées à la reine avec des spätzle ! L’établissement proposes de nombreuses spécialités alsaciennes. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant !

Hotel a 3 stelle nel meraviglioso paese di Ribeauvillè con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera molto spaziosa, ricavata in una mansarda arredata nei toni del bianco e del celeste ceruleo, molto accogliente. Silenzioso, con un ristorante al piano terra che può offrire pasti e colazioni di buon livello, anche se la scelta nei dintorni non manca.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour plusieurs jours Rien à dire en arrivant, mais le deuxième jour nous sommes arrivés au petit déjeuner à 9h35 au lieu de 9h30 alors que la veille c’était à 10h Et là ça a été assez désagréable car on nous faisait bien comprendre que tout était débarrassé Et on nous faisait bien sentir qu’on dérangeait vraiment l’organisation Un peu déçu que pour un lieu de vacances, on est l’impression d’être au bureau Et pourtant, le prix a été conséquent quand nous avons payé l’addition

Nous sommes arrivés a l’hôtel et y avons trouvé un accueil de gardien de prison peu affable, on ne nous donne aucune explication quand a l’utilisation des installations de type spa ni pour le reste. On nous demande sèchement une carte bleue sans nous expliquer qu’il s’agit la d’une caution pour le petit-déjeuner, bref pour un debut cela ne donne pas trop envie. Cependant mis a part l’épisode du début, c’est un bel hôtel, les chambres sont propres, cosy et bien aménagées. Heureusement le lendemain deux jeunes gens assuraient le petit déjeuner, ils étaient quand a eux aimables et souriants. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, bien diversifié et bon ce qui a partiellement rattrapé le début de l’expérience.

Un régal pour les papilles , de bons conseils pour l’association mets-vins, je recommande vraiment - bon appétit aux futurs clients. L’accueil un peu froid au départ c’est rapidement changé en un accueil très cordial et gentil. Si vous avez envie de déguster de la gastronomie locale finement préparé - n’hésitez pas

Un bon petit hôtel de charme Alsacien , idéalement placé dans le cœur de Ribeauvillé. Le coin spa est simple mais cooconing La chambre est cosy , très propre et décorée avec goût. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais elle est moderne et fonctionnelle Le petit déjeuner est efficace et varié . Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique Une adresse idéale pour un week-end Le restaurant est une bonne cuisine Menu: Entree+plat+dessert : 41€ Pour se garer on a eu la chance de trouver une place devant l hôtel car pour se garer c est un peu contraignant mais c est un centre ville!!!
