Very reasonably priced and great location. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Are around the hotel is very safe.

Okay for the price, road is slightly noisy, rooms not great for sound insulation, room not cleaned/restocked next day (was there two nights).

The only thing I did not like is there breakfast option. You had to pay for it but there weren't many options to choose from.

You can’t re-enter through the exits. So you can only come back in the property through the front. That’s inconvenient. The room is spacious, tv is a little old and the water pressure in the shower isn’t great. The bed was comfy.

Great hotel. Easy checkin and out. Maybe a few trash bags would be nice. I had only one small trash bag for a 3 night stay. Overall, everything else was good.

Overall, great stay we were traveling several days for a move. This was our final stop and my pup was with us. Every hotel only charged $25, however Sonesta charges & 75 + tax. Ended up being $84 (the same price as the room) and we were only there for about 10-11 hours. Again, the stay was nice but pet fee was much higher than other hotels along our travels.

I don’t like their staff behavior talked to even their assistant manager regarding the false charges but nothing change . They charged you for linen and comforter by saying stain didnot come off at check out with out any proof from their cleaner but by saying they had policies for cleaning if the stain not come off they will charge you for them . They charged me 60$ during my 2 day stay . I had to rebook another hotel to finish my stay in Dallas. If they charge you like this in the name of minor stain that you can remove by washing in your laundry at home all the time then you feel uncomfortable in staying in a hotel like this that they will keep charging you for no reason . I never had such a bad experience in my life during my travel.

Reduced service hotel. No maid service, you have to put towels and trash in hall. Add $100. At ck in "to cover incidentals" that will be refunded 3-5 days after ck out. Carpets worn and torn.

All was OK..disappointed they don't offer free breakfast service. This complimentary service is found at most hotels today.

The air in room was set too hot. The ac unit was blowing air but it was not cool. The unit buttons would not respond. The room was 86 degrees, so it was hard to sleep. The staff was friendly, and check in/out process was fast.

Needs more regular coffee and sugar substitute and creamer. Also a better variety of tv channels. I had questions about my bill and I found out more from the staff when I checked out than the one who checked us in. Other people said the same thing about the night shift worker. Other than that we loved our stay!

Not the best place to stay. Shower out of date, not pleasant. I would recommend other hotels in the area
