Comfortable stay in recently renovated room. The bed very comfortable and the food was delicious. You had to climb some difficult stairs tos get to the room. You could hear anyone making noise nearby but fortunately it was not too busy on the Saturday. The food at the brasserie was amazing although service was a bit slow.

This hotel was excellently located to Zuiderpark where some friends and I were completing a parkrun. It was easy to travel to via train and tram and a really pretty location. We all had dinner when we arrived on the Friday which was tasty and in a relaxed a**osphere. The staff were very polite and were helpful with any queries we had. I'd imagine it's a great relaxing stay with the outdoor area in the Summer months. The only slightly negative point I'd make is that mine and my husband's bathroom didn't have a door but other than that we were very happy with our accommodation.

It's a good hotel: clean and quiet, but make sure you don't get a room over the kitchen. The fume extractor is a real pain until 22:00, and the door keeps slamming every now and then when the personnel gets in and out.

The location was lovely in the midst of green woods. The hotel looks amazing from the outside. After having read some reviews I was a bit wary. But the room that I got was refurbished recently (probably) and was very spacious. There seems to be work going on around the property as common areas are in a bit of disarray. Now coming back to the room. Why give a kettle without any tea or coffee? An empty mini fridge in the corner not connected to the plug point. Radiators hissing and twanging at weird times of the night even though I have turned the knobs down. The pipe work running through the room ensured that I didn’t get a good nights sleep despite a comfortable bed. They had provided QR code for self checkin but there was no machine to read them. On all the days I was there, the reception was never manned and you always had to go to the Brasserie next door to get the attention of the staff. The outdoor seating area looked lovely and is a great place to relax with a drink in the evening or have a breakfast in the morning. If the hotel would fix some of these things it would be a great place to live at. It is about 10 mins from the nearest tram stop. The centre can be reached in less than 20 mins by public transport. I would probably not live there again given the experience and would look for something more central for the same price.

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Zuiderpark parkrun - walkable in 20 minutes. Lovely location within parkland, with trams and trains within a short walk. We booked a ‘Comfort’ room, which was the basic level - it was very small and functional, but adequate for our needs, as we were really only there to sleep. The bathroom was spacious (almost as large as the room!), modern and clean. The canopies above the windows made the bedroom quite dark. There was no kettle in the room, but the hotel provided us with one when I asked. There is a small communal area on the landing, with sofas, table and some games. We ate in the Brasserie both evenings and the food and service was good, with a selection of vegetarian dishes. The price was similar to other restaurants on our trip. Plenty of free parking and an electric hook up charger on-site.

Nice and quite Hotel near den Hague city Center. Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms with a parkland surrounding. Nice terrace with a beautiful restaurant. Very good alternative if you didn’t like the large and anonymous business hotels

Nice place in a park with tennis fieds, room is clean and comfortable. Brasserie with very tasty food . People is very kind and professional.there is a very nice garden with tables and gazebo. I suggest this place that is also strategic to go all around .

Well located hotel with free parking at the accommodation. The rooms are large and have big windows. But the bathroom has no door so you can watch each other sitting on the toilet... Also the rooms, especially the nightstands and the shower mat were not well cleaned. We found dust and some hair from the previous guests. Bed were quite soft but all in all comfortable. There was no kettle, no hair dryer and no fridge in the room. The building was very clairaudient and the carpets in the hallway were partly blotchy. All in all i would not recommend this accommodation for the price (price-performance not that good). If you are just looking for a place to sleep without any amenities you can book rooms here without hesitation.

As a reasonable place to sleep for the night it served the purpose. The room had everything I needed in this respect; a bed, TV, very large spacious en-suite bathroom, but it was very sp****ly decorated. It felt more like university accomodation than a comfortable and cosy hotel room. I think it's fair to say that this establishment is a Brasserie first, and hotel second. The reception desk is not manned most of the time - a note says to ask people in the brasserie for assistance. As a non-native English speaker, I felt it was difficult to make myself understood with the older staff. The younger staff had a better command of English. I asked an older gentleman for a taxi to get me to the ferry by 12.30, and he ordered me a taxi for 10.30, even though it takes only 30m to the ferry terminal. Crossed wires. Anyway, staff were friendly enough, and the brasserie looked very busy, so if I had been a able to try their food, I'm sure I would have enjoyed it. As a European traveller, I'm not sure I will consider staying there again. I'd rather spend £30 more and stay in Marriott or Hilton.
