Thank you ever so much for another fantastic stay! We’ve been coming back to the hotel for a couple of years, numerous times! The location - only a few minutes to the beach on foot, a minute walk to the main street/promenade - the hotel is right in the centre of everything! The Italian cuisine is at its finest, we highly recommend the dinner with wine at the hotel! Last but not least - the staff! From the management team to the restaurant staff and room-service - everyone is there to make sure your holidays are perfect!

What can I say, a really nice indeed fantastic holiday. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in September with my family. Beautiful welcome, kind and polite staff and always available for any information and help. (I particularly thank them for having worked to replace the battery in my car by calling competent and honest personnel). Of course the hotel needs to be renovated a little for the rooms but that's okay too. Let's get to the culinary aspect: Fantastic Breakfast: "American" scrambled eggs and frankfurters, cooked toast and sliced bread, bresaola, sandwiches, etc. chocolate, bombs filled with cream, pancakes with dispensers for various types of jam, yoghurt of various flavours, various drinks and coffee. For lunch and dinner, choice between two courses (always fish) first and second course with vegetables of all kinds served at the buffet and alternating dessert or fruit. (all abundant). I forgot something important to me: pets are welcome everywhere. I would also like to thank Mr. Fabio of Bagno 28 Belvedere to which the hotel is connected, a kind and caring person where even our dog had his space to play. Thanks for everything and see you next year.

Rude and inefficient housekeeping staff, small room, dirty room and broken coat hangers in the closet. We asked the owner for toilet paper because the cleaning ladies didn't put it. Dirty and not very accessible bathroom, small shower and the bidet unusable because it is too close to the toilet. The shower ran into the lake and the water didn't go down, the bathroom structure is awful with a step causing falls. The air conditioner of poor quality and poorly functioning light. The floor was dirty for two days in a row. I do not recommend this hotel at all
