Location is excellent at the end of Copacabana and close to Arpador and Ipanema..good Italian restaurant inside and rooftop pool and bar

強烈不推薦，花錢還受氣，不可理喻，服務質量極差，非常沒禮貌。能打負分的話，我給這家酒店的服務打-100。不明白怎麼會有4.6的評分，水軍刷單嗎？前台服務人員讓人很不爽，完全不為客户着想、考慮：我們定了一間房，三個人，共三天，到店被告知一間房最多兩人，因此我當場又定了JW萬豪的三天，但因為家人的行李放在一起的，就希望一起先上去房間分一下行李，結果被前台人員和大堂人員卡住電梯門，一定衹能讓兩個人上去，就差上來拖拽了。我父母都是60、70多歲的長者，你們要覺得這都有安全隱患，難道不是應該更新你們的電梯系統？現在的電梯沒有門卡管控，直接按就可以上去了。後來住了一天，我直接換到JW萬豪和父母一起，萬豪的服務熱情、主動又有禮貌，讓人覺得非常舒服。推薦大家直接選擇JW萬豪。在這裏也表揚一下攜程的客服，幫忙解決了推、換酒店的問題。

酒店位置還可以，出門過馬路就是科巴沙灘。早餐不錯。但房間小，隔音不好，感覺達不到五星酒店的標準，而價格又較貴，性價比較低。

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit der perfekten Lage direkt am Strand der Copacabana. Der Rooftop bietet einen atemberaubend Ausblick aufs Meer. Der dortige Pool ist für die eine Abkühlung perfekt geeignet und lässt dir das Sonnenbad erträglich machen. Für Plätze am Strand hat das Hotel eigene Liegen mit Sonnenschirme.
Das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiten leisten einen außergewöhnlichen Service. Kein Wünsch kommt zu kurz.
Egal welches Problem aufkommen, man versucht mit freundlicher Art und tollen Gesten zu Punkten.
Die Sauberkeit in de Hotelzimmern sowie im gesamten Hotelareal ist sehr gut.
Das angebotene Essen und trinken ist köstlich und preislich für ein 5-Sterne Hotel angemessen.
Ein großen Dank an den tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Um dos melhores Hoteis 5 estrelas que fui até hoje. Atendimento nota 10, fomos recepcionados com Checkin com duas taças de champanhe, café da manhã impecável com Sashimi fersquinho. Sem contar a melhor vista de Copa com piscina na cobertura. Lindo lugar e parabéns ao grupo Windsor.
