Excellent stay with very nice and cosy rooms with very supportive and extremely polite staff and with a special mention of the restaurant staff - Ms Saloni... truly appreciate. Overall a very memorable and nice tour. Would love to come again

Stayed at Hotel Sterling Palm Bliss and I had a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service. I have come to expect a certain level of service, but I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. Each meal I ordered was not only delicious but also delivered promptly and with great attention to detail. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and it truly made my stay more enjoyable and convenient. Moreover, I had the pleasure of interacting with one of your staff members, Saloni, who went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Her professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction I had with her. She is a true asset to your team and deserves recognition for her exceptional service. Based on my recent experience, I can confidently say that Sterling Palm Bliss will be my preferred choice for accommodation whenever I am in Rishikesh. The service rendered by Ms Anchal ***dral was really excellent and she really took good care of all of us especially my 81 year old Mother who was got really fond of her service levels. This resort is really blessed to have people like her to take care of the guests

The message felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. Amazing!! 4. Just had a fabulous head, neck and shoulder massage I will be definitely going back as soon as possible.

Very nice place to stay in Rishikesh. Staff were highly cordial and well behaved. Quality of food was good too. Could be better if (a) in-room dining (at least tea) can be served slightly earlier, and (b) few more amenities could be there in the hotel. Overall a great experience.

Catering to the whims and fancies of a group of 40 pax is tough. However, the entire staff did a commendable job. Sonia at the Front Desk, Chef Vikas who produced excellent meals, Anuj, Anchal, Saloni, Suraj, Harish and Deepak Rawat - all of them combined to make our visit extremely comfortable. Kuldeep from Housekeeping was very efficient. The food during our entire stay was delicious especially the piping hot lachha parathas! Disappointed that the spa facility was not complimentary for residents and we could not get a River Ganga facing suite.........

Stay was comfortable. Stayed in suite room but the bed sufrace elevation needs correction. Rest food and other amenities are good. The lawn made at the back of building has good atmosphere in early morning and evenings Recommend for families

Overall good experience. All staff is friendly specially of restaurant. To mention name Ms Saloni and Suraj who have taken extra pain to make our stay comfortable. Saloni arranged food without onion and garlic on navratra. On downside, rooms has no view which could be better if planned better. Also nothing to do in hotel itself and one has to go out. We also faced problem with room lock which was rectified next day after making multiple complaints and every time someone had to come to open door.

Wonderful place to stay, away from main road traffic, in jungle, peaceful, and walking distance from Ganges. The hotel rooms were good, food was wonderful and staff were quite helpful...the nukkar tea in their garden was always an attraction.
