The facility is located 20 mins outside of Risør along a narrow road. Our cabin was a 3 room, which was pretty worn. The bathroom was probably from the 70s although well taken care of. All heating provided by wall mounted electric heaters in all rooms, the tiled floor in the living room felt pretty cold when the temperatures dropped in the afternoon. The outside of the cabin was not maintained properly, the terrace flooring had probably not been painted for some years and was both worn and started to rot. ****s were growing in both the terrace and driveway. The outside of the cabin itself was also in need of a coat of paint. The kitchen had been upgraded recently and was nice, and the other facilities (pool, beach, restaurant) was also on the positive side, although you had to pay 60kr to use the pool even though we paid close to 2500kr per night for the cabin. This should have been free and felt cheap from the vacation centers side.
