We were on a day trip and stopped in for a break. Apple strudel and sausages with potato salad were ordered. The apple strudel was okay, only the vanilla sauce was not to be defined as such, it was more of a pudding type with a little vanilla flavor, on top there was whipped cream. The apple spritzer tasted like the simplest juice with tap water. The sausages tasted disgusting, and the potato salad wasn't really to be recommended either. But the pinnacle of it all was the price. Two shandies, two sausages with potato salad and fries were available for €26, two apple strudels with cappuccino, apple spritzer and a beer were available for €23. Just a rip off and not recommended. The service was friendly.

In my opinion not a good hotel, a recommendation would not be serious. Apparently the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, aired, the bed, closet, bathroom, floor were new, they were also clean, the rest was rather dingy. The sheets looked like they had been washed 1000 times and had a hole in them. Very noisy, I heard the neighbors snoring. Food was not good, bad canteen food, some of the food apparently bought before Corona...e.g. Maggi bottle expired in 2019. The chef was also very inventive, for example, there were butter biscuits sprinkled with sugar for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was overall not appealing and far from good. The building itself is very nice but old with visible cobwebs on the entrance ceiling. I will definitely never stay here again.

I found a condom in the shower after I was told that the room was ready, I alert the staff who promptly removes it, telling me if it was okay without at least taking the shower again! Room clean, big enough with a large TV (including several German but hardly any Austrian channels). Newly tiled bathroom with bidet, shower. Balcony (narrow but long) looking into the courtyard. Firm mattresses. Indoor pool and whirlpool available. Parking spaces on the hotel grounds (free of charge). In the arrangement of the company Hofer (Aldi) in addition to half board (breakfast offer sufficient but not opulent, 3-course dinner with a choice of 2 options) also the ski pass for the Rittner Horn ski area. Very hard-working and friendly staff in the restaurant area. Food quite enjoyable. Really GREAT for the asking price!

The hotel is in a very good location for hikes, very quiet (only the church bells can be heard), large car park, very cheap public bus connection to Bolzano. The individual buildings are connected at different levels, but the house is very nicely furnished, our room was spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was good but the selection wasn't very large.

Stop at the hotel restaurant with pleasant traditional dishes (sausage salad and trio of dumplings) in addition to the traditional apple strudel. All cooked properly to the usual local standards. Beautiful location and enchanting surroundings and views of the area.

Ammetto che un gruppo numeroso può far scadere la qualità ma credo si potesse trovare di meglio. Sono diversi anni che veniamo con un gruppo di amici. È sempre stato scarso in termini di pulizia e cibo ma quest’anno è diventato indecente. Il cibo è terribile, pietanze riciclate per giorni, immangiabile. Non siamo esigenti ma assicuro tutti che basterebbe poco per mangiare con pochi soldi dei piatti semplici ma decenti. Darei ZERO se ci fosse. Anno dopo anno è sempre peggiorato arrivando ora al minimo storico. Una nota positiva sono Boris e Daniela, che inspiegabilmente sono sempre simpatici e gentili nonostante siano lí praticamente 24 ore. Le pulizie sono sommarie, i cuscini terribili e potrebbero cambiarli con 10 euro. La nostra stanza aveva un letto senza rete con un materasso poggiato su un’asse di legno. Non c’è nulla di decente sotto nessun aspetto. L’unica cosa incantevole è la struttura, in mano davvero a degli incompetenti

Da decenni andiamo in Alto Adige ma una cucina così scadente non l'abbiamo mai trovata. Qualità da mensa scolastica. Basti pensare che per la cena di natale ci hanno servito della pasta al tonno (si proprio quello della scatoletta). Totale disattenzione per la clientela italiana da parte dei titolari: durante la celebrazione natalizia (esclusivamente in tedesco) nessun augurio in italiano per la clientela italiana. Cortese solo il personale dipendente. Camere ok, anche se non c'è stato ricambio dei bagnoschiuma dopo l'utilizzo. Deludente
