i drove 7 hours from Arizona to get to this hotel that my company already booked and paid for in advance to be told that i need my boss present to present his id and card....... also told me i wouldnt be able to get a room because we have to re book 72 hours in advance.... i sat around for 2-3 hours til my boss from ontario could arrive to present his id and card..... very unprofessional because ive stayed here last month and did not have any of these issues. the front desk did not give two F***s that i was basically stranded in another state with nowhere to stay. after driving 7 hours and sitting 2-3 hours. you would think if you have people staying that are coming from out of state you would provide necessary information so that we are not stuck. after my boss showed up i finally got this room to walk into a dirt ball room with ants everywhere and just dirty. the wifi is probably the worst wifi ive ever experienced in a hotel. the fact that they call this complimentary wifi is almost disrespectful. i work a lot from my computer and i need good connection to be able to work. as i am writing this review in the hotel room looking at my wifi signal with 1 -2 bars max and thats how the wifi has been this whole week. for the hassle and stress i was put through i would book another hotel that would actually give you the service and respect that you pay for. the fact that the front desk said i wouldnt be able to book anything cause for 72 hours and their manager left was ridiculous. basically telling me to f*** off. i remained respectful and calm throughout all of their crap. you need to be teach your employees to cater to repeat customers... ive been here many times and my history will show it... and shows everytime my company paid with the same payment method... they had me wait 3 hours because lack of skill, lack of knowleadge, lack of customer service. And they were okay with letting me sleep in my car because their process is wrong is the reason they will get a bad review today. if you do make a reservation here and pay online make sure that these people provide you with all the right documents you will need especially if your company is paying for the room. make sure you bring insect killer and plenty of sanitizer to clean the dirty rooms. also their is free breakfast included but i wasnt aware of it until my last night here and none of the employees let me know of this i had to kind of force myself into the free breakfast. its time people do their job the right way it amazes me how employees can destroy a business's name and reputation because of their poor level of skill and care. And on the side of this damn building their are about 100 bumble bees flying around the side of the building if i didnt see it in advance it would have been pretty bad. ive never seen this many bees hovering around the garden on the side of the building before.

I came here and was greeted by a older woman & a nice gentleman . They were very kind . They accommodated me for the room I wanted and made sure it was super clean . They have nice amenities it was clean and im satisfied I give this motel 6 a 5 stars

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. I originally booked Doubletree Claremont, but Trip.com came back and said it was full and needed an extra HK$5,000 for two nights! It is decided to stay in a comfortable suite for about 15 minutes, but the value for money is only HK$1,700. Most other hotels in the area are basic hotels, which are great value for money, because I only want a clean and tidy hotel to sleep. The hotel offers a free basic breakfast similar to a regular hotel. Think about it, I will live here again because it saves a lot of money.

The breakfast at the hotel was really delicious. I have stayed at many hotels with breakfast included. This is a conscience and the taste is very good. The location is very close to the high speed port. Drive to the airport for a clock and go to Disney for 40 minutes. We are renting a car, so there is no requirement for traffic.

My husband and I made reservations weeks in advance for valentines weekend. There was a mixup in my reservations a worker at the hotel canceled My reservations. The front desk staff is very rude unprofessional. Although Amanda was very helpful, it cost me extra 150.00 for their mistake.The district manager uncaring, seemed unconcerened about the staff and property.Ultimately do NOT RECOMMEND. Cigarette butts all throughout property, vomit on patio for two days, paper,trash, toilet not cleaned, had BM and urine.

Came here for to work as a remote office one day. Fairly newer property, located off the 15 Freeway in Corona. Lots of free parking, and it appears that in the Non-COVID world they offer a free hot breakfast. On this visit it was just a grab and go bag. The property is very clean, and the employees all take the appropriate safeguards(masks, gloves as needed, plexiglass barriers). Like some other properties they do not label things as clean and sanitized, but the rooms are well kept, so bring your own disinfectant if you desire. The rooms are large, a separate sofa desk area, a small wet bar, and a generous sleeping area. The wifi is very good, so it made remote work so much easier. The business center is ”closed” as are most of the common areas for now. My only downside is that while i enjoy a good cigar, at most properties smoking is either not allowed on the property, or the designated area is in ”back” away from most customers. The smoking area at this property is right in front next to the hotel entrance, so i can see how some people may be turned off by this. Location may also be a challenge, which although right off the freeway, you still have a bit of a drive off the freeway exit to reach the property. It is located in a mixed use Residential/Commercial area, so there are not many walkable amenities nearby, but if you have a car there are many options. Overall a good stay, great value, and would definitely come back if i were in need of a room in the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip were the strong sewage smell outside of the hotel, at the entrance. It was persistently present each time we accessed the building. Another smell on the second floor was as string but not offensive, like vinegar near rooms # 210-220. My daughter thought it smelled like a dentist’s office. Smells aside, the halls are brightly lighted and clean with inspirational quotes on each door. Continental breakfast was served daily and the pool was open, though we were too busy to enjoy it. He fitness room remained closed due to the pandemic. We would stay here again fir the convenience on/off the 91 freeway. The beds were not luxury but not terrible. They could be improved with a memory foam topper.

Yes, we flew by LAX but we drove & stayed here after arriving almost midnight so traffic was barely there. We left really early for a 6am flight at LAX on our way back so traffic was not there. The hotel was simple and clean; we were out and away to our destinations most of the time. The bathroom can use a vanity table, actually. Breakfast was spartan, to say the least. But we really enjoyed our stay as they clean & organize the room every day. Friendly non fussy service. Be ready with your IDs. Don't expect something grand; I was told they used to be part of the Super 8 chain but is now independent. We never got to use the swimming pool. We also saw a number of places to go for food and some shopping very near this hotel, which has one of its sides actually by the freeway.
