Service is impeccable, food is exquisite and the place is great. Some recommendations are in order: · Always book before going to Rincón de Traspalacio. It tends to be full. · Best dishes: Salmorejo (whenever they have it), and Risotto.

L’équipement de l’hôtel est très sommaire et le petit déjeuner plutôt mauvais (chocapic, jus d’orange industriel, pain blanc trop grillé…) De plus, les murs sont plutôt fins et on entend les voisins de chambre. S’il y a un point positif à souligner : on dort bien dans le lit.
