This place is amazing! Best staff ever. Shoutout to Ashley at the front desk who is so friendly and brightened my day every morning while she watched me get better and better during surgery recovery. Zach in maintenance is also a rockstar. He’s installed our bidet on both trips here and made the whole process fun. We originally went to the Grand Khaler but they told us they couldn’t install our bidet, which is critical to my surgery recovery so we moved to Residence Inn and couldn’t be happier.

The facility is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely return to this facility on our next visit.

Great stay!! Attached to Mayo Clinic by subway. Super clean, well maintained and willing to meet your every need!! Great workout room. Nice patio for fresh air. Breakfast good and super friendly. And Ashley M. Is the best hostess ever at any hotel!! The rest of the staff is great too!! See you in two weeks!!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple months with Mayo Clinic. It was so convenient to be connected to the subway. The staff are fantastic. Leslie and Cheryl brightened each morning with smiles and a delicious breakfast. Maria and Aimaris were the best housekeepers, always doing fantastic job! Ron and Zach in maintenance were so quick to respond and friendly. The front desk staff always greeted us and were accommodating, especially Ashley and Dan. The whole team is fabulous! Thank you to everyone! Facilities were easy to use. My husband had no trouble with wifi working out of the hotel room. We would definitely recommend this place.

My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was very pleasant. Ashley M was helpful, friendly and professional. I arrived early for my reservation. She was able to accommodate me so could rest for a while and go to my appointments. My room was clean and well stock. The cleaning staff was also very helpful.

This hotel is conveniently located on Mayo campus, which makes going to multiple appointments per day easier. The staff is exceptional at the Residence Inn! April, Ashley, Dan and others at reception are always so helpful and accommodating. Leslie and Cheryl always make sure breakfast is served with a smile, and always fully stocked. We are returning in a few weeks for another long stay and are confident we’ll be taken care of again. Thanks!

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are a Mayo patient. The subway makes getting to appointments a breeze. The breakfast is always good thanks to Cheryl and Lindsey. The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome, especially Ashley M and Zack. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Ashley at Residence Inn Mayo was extremely helpful with reservations. During a hard time with medical issues it was a blessing for Ashley to be kind and help out with everything from parking to breakfast to modifying and making reservations.
