We stay there every time we go. It's convenient, comfy and staff is excellent. Room is always comfy/cozy, but not always the cleanest. Every stay has led to finding something under the bed or in a drawer, but nothing crazy -- the room has always been overall clean, I just happen to be HK also so I notice things... And I'm clumsy and have dropped stuff under the bed 😅.
But we stay because of the friendly staff, close to Mayo, and it's a great deal for the price. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Breakfast was great. But hot tub was down. Pool was a nice temp. Shopping was great and d-bats was fun.

The stay was comfortable both nights. The first night I found a pair of slippers under the bed when my phone fell. I'm a house keeper also so I have a tendency to check areas. The second night I found small stuff. The queen size beds have floor bases so nothing could fall under the bed, so I found the stuff against the boards.
As a former manager, I would say HK just needs to be more efficient in getting those spaces.
Both rooms were comfortable and clean, otherwise.

Room was freezing when we checked in. The water filter on the ice machine was full of rust and needed changing.

The room was reasonably priced, quiet and clean. Nothing fancy. Only one lamp for light. Breakfast was standard cereal, toast, waffles and yogurt. Nothing fancy but filling. The hot tub is in a state of disrepair and there is no plan to fix it.

The heating/cooling systems needs to be replaced ASAP. Baseboard heat was hard to control. The front of the window air conditioner kept falling off. Mattresses were lumpy. Bathroom had nice updated.

The room it’s self was nice! I wish they would update their website to state the hot tub was broken and had been that way for sometime now. The day staff (blonde gal) was always on a personal call when we’d go to the desk. Also our room key card wouldn’t work every-time so we’d have to go get new ones. The over night gentleman was very kind and helpful!
